Hi,

Revenue Giants has the brand Winward Casino that now uses Top Game software (according to Online Casino City).

However, back in 2007/2008 Winward Casino got rogued on CasinoMeister:
Winward Casino - Confiscating winnings of advantage players

Info here says Parlay Software is the platform.

So, did Winward get bought by Revenue Giants and transferred to Top Game software or what? Conclusion; Promote Revenue Giants brands or not?

RG made Winward casino a funny experience, the instant play casino (no-download) is run by Parlay, the download casino is powered by Top-Game software.

RG bingo properties are powered by Parlay too, I mostly promote their bingo brands, and had no problem in the past 2 years, retention is outstanding at RG bingos, my players play each month, some of them for 2 years now, so I think if the place would be bad, they didn't continue to come back day after day.

So I'm not sure how the casino performs, or the Top game part differs from the instant casino, as for me I found it confusing that by downloading it I am using another software and I cannot play the same games like in the instant casino, so I don't promote the casino that much.

The whole Winward casino being rogue thing has always puzzled me as, like Sipka, I've been promoting RevenueGiants bingo stuff for years and you almost never hear anything bad about the bingo side of their business.

Frankly, I would give Winward the benefit of the doubt because it just seems weird to me that they would treat their bingo players so well and not do the same for their casino players.

Thanks! Will give them the benefit of the doubt.

My best guess about the dual software situation is that Top Game does not have a live offering yet.

We do okay with Rev. Giants, but if I had to pick ONE of their casinos to promote, it would be Slots Village not Winward. Just my experience.

Thank you

Hello,

I want to thank you all that wrote those nice things about us, and those that are giving Winward another chance. :-*

I'm always here to assist where I can when it comes to any brand of ours, bingo and casino sites, and many of you know we work even harder to do the same for WinwardCasino with the CM issue, please know we never let it pass by. We work on making sure this will come to a resolution, we also constantly learning what can be done better and revamping and upgrading Winward, and we indeed added another casino software; Top Game due to the high demand of Winward's players and Affiliates who requested more variety of games, we realized that Parlay's strength is mainly Bingo thus we worked on finding another strong platform with casino as their main strength, I'm happy to say, with the daily feedback we got thus far we are confident we are on the right track, you will see more changes coming on the way for Winward.

Also, I tried to speak to casinomeister again these days to see how we can solve this situation and to move forward, I hope we will soon, we are in business for over 10 years and always honored our commitment to our customers; players as well as Affiliates.

I hope you all give it a chance and promote Winward again, and see for yourself, we are trying to make things better based on your feedback, we have the same interest here.

if you ever have any doubt I'm available 24/7 for you with any questions or concern, and of course with me the entire Revenue Giants team for your service.

Regards, Malci :emoticon-0105-wink:

Any new info on Winward?

May 29th 2010:
A well known affiliate tested a signup via my link at the end of May, it never registered in the stats and they never received the $15 free.

While it was determined after contacting RG it only registers when a deposit is made the players account was verified to be tagged to my affiliate id.

However, as I understood it they contacted live help and emailed regarding the $15 free bonus and never received a reply so they were reluctant to continue on and test a real money deposit.

I had to pull them.

I've never heard of any drama's regarding their bingo either. Though I don't frequent bingo related forums.

I personally wouldn't promote any casino running Top Game software because:
  • Pay-out times are absurd (up to 3 weeks to web wallets - i $h#t u not)
  • Jackpots can only be won playing $65 bets, in some cases.
  • History of slots not paying correctly and missing Wild icons.
  • $192,000 Jackpot went MIA and was never returned to the progressive slot kitty.

Specifically For WinWard Casino

# Payouts are reviewed everyday from Sunday to Thursday. Once requested, a payout may take up to 72 hours to be reviewed. Payouts entered on Thursday’s after noon and before Sunday noon will be reviewed on Sunday accordingly. Once approved, a payout may take up to 10 business days to be finalized.

# Upon requesting a withdrawal, the player is agreeing to and accepting that s/he understands all of our withdrawal Terms and Conditions. The player also acknowledges that we only process payouts through the available payment methods featured on the withdrawal page of Winward Casino.

# Winward Casino will only process ONE withdrawal request per account and per review. In the event of an account holder having multiple withdrawal requests on the same review, the Accounting Department will decline all subsequent requests and send them back to the players account.

# Winward Casino will only honor ONE payout approval per household/spousal account, per review and per week.

# Player accounts set at HIGH risk by our Security Department will have payout requests declined.

# We will only review ONE payout request per player, per review, this includes any possible withdrawal requests the customer may have made in other sites operated by Winward Group. Consequently, this means that we will honor only ONE payout per player, per review in our entire network of sites.

---------

g. Players who have never deposited into their Winward Casino account and players who have not deposited any funds within the last 14 days prior to using these free funds, must wager the equivalent of 65 times the free money given, before they are entitled to cash out any winnings made from it. So for example, if $10.00 USD were credited to your account in free money, you must wager $200.00 USD before you can cash out any winnings. Also, a wagering of $100.00 USD is required to cash out any winnings made on free games.

---------

26. # All players that have been registered at the site less than 6 months will need to meet the following requirements prior to requesting a payout:

1. Must have processed at least 3 successful deposits at the site.
2. Payouts cannot exceed $500 over a period of 30 days i.e. one month, during the first 6 months.

And the Virtual Casino Group are rogues and run clip joints...sheesh!

There are far better casinos to promote than those powered by Top Game software. Unless of course you don't give a flying F**K about players.

Edit: With all due respect, 5 posts since June 2007 MissM, pleeeease...who are you trying to kid!

Cheers

:)

Dave

And that's some of the reasons why they are listed on my Rogue List. But the main reason is the fact that These Casinos Use The "Fraud Clause" All Too Often When Players Use Advantage Play. Plus the fact of imposed bonuses.

Really Bad Experience at Winward Casino

I just wanted to add something to the thread on Winward. After reading this the other night, I decided to make a small deposit of $100. Deposit was made thru credit card using their Dotpay processor (never heard of them). They credited a 200% bonus and I played slots in their no download casino. After a while I was up to $423 and cashed out. Withdrawl was pending.

I sent them all the security documents which were approved. Checked back in 3 days and money was back in my account. Called them to find out what was going on. Andrew, their supervisor stated that 2 more successful deposits had to be made in order to withdrawl. I asked him what was the rationale for that policy. He didn't know and said "it's in the rules". I think Aussie Dave listed alot of their rogish policies in this thread.

I was then transferred to their security dept (someone named Sean). He told me the account was going to be closed and deposit refunded because the processor didn't want to accept my payment. That was 2 days after I made it and played. I have no idea what this was about because the charge was already posted to credit card. Ironically, the credit card company called me the night of the deposit and asked if it was authorized. I said yes.

Whether any of what I was told is true or not, I don't know. I won some money, sent them in all authorization docs and approved the transaction. Bottom line is they're going to close account, not pay the winnings and "refund the deposit". WOW...I called the credit card company last night to flag those charges as the merchant said they were going to refund.

DO NOT PLAY AT WINWARD CASINO!

This is weird. It's almost as if there were two different companies operating here. The bingo side of things is supremely well run and you almost never hear complaints. On the other hand, Winward Casino is definitely one to steer well clear of judging by the evidence of this thread.

I'd be interested in Revenue Giants take on this.
