My name is Martijn and I am representing PlayFrank Affiliates since October of this year. Im am from this industy and I have 8 years experience in affiliation and 6 years in Gambling Affiliation. Now I made the step towards the operators side and I am eager to help everyone that promotes PlayFrank or want to promote us in the near future.

Besides I am from this industry I love to play Offline and Online slots myself.

We retain the right to change the REVENUE SHARE AND NET GENERATED REVENUE percentage and method of calculation of Revenue Share as we wish in accordance with clause 1.2

1.2 PlayFrank.com reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement by notice via message to your email address 5 days in prior to any changes being implemented and presented online at the site within the section of affiliate terms and conditions. Should you not agree to the changes you are required to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the terms within this agreement. Details of any changes to the terms and conditions will be published in clause 14 within this agreement available in updated version on frankaffiliates.com. If you continue to participate in our affiliate program also after changes to the agreement has been posted this will be constituted as a binding acceptance of such changes by you.

You made a good point. We never change a revenue share without a legal cause. Since I am new I need to discuss this with the management and see if we can add some more explenation instead of as we wish.

Be this generic or bespoke, there should never be any reason to EVER change an agreed upon revenue share. Otherwise clause 1.2, allows the aff program to retroactively alter; reduce; or otherwise change, affiliates agreed commission.

I certainly wouldn't sign up to PlayFrank Affiliate Program, with the current clauses.

Agreed and this is exactly the type of clause I am currently challenging in the UK Small Claims Court, after the owners of Affiliate Edge, did the same thing with a newly introduced player quota clause in February. Instead they relied on another dubious term, which allowed them to amend their T & C's at any time whenever they felt like it.

The intension of this term is the following;
When discussing a deal with a partner you agree on a certain effort / volume / number of players. Overtime this can change from both sides. This term gives us the opportunity to discuss a new deal, for the new situation. This does not affect players that were already brought by a partner.

I will give you an example; when there is agreed that the Partner brings 40 players a month for 50% rev share, but after 3 months he will only bring 5, we have the right to offer a new deal that is suitable with the amount of players he is sending now. Let’s say he will send us only 5 players a month from now on because he put us on lower spots. All the players brought previously will remain on the 50% rev share life time. The 10 players he is going to send from now on will be counted with a new revenue share.

I think the way you explain it now, it's fair and you will keep the deal for done work, just for new players the % will be lower, because they also deliver less.

But the way it's formulated could be a bit more clear.
