They've told me today that my January earnings have been wiped out by a negative carry over from December. And then asked for more coverage.

I thought they said they were re-calculating the negative carryovers? Who did you talk with?

Katy at InterPartners - she wrote, "With regards to your January payment, unfortunately as NCO was still in place at the end of last month, the negative balance on your account was carried over to January and thus was deducted from your January earnings, resulting in a negative balance. I can confirm however, that this negative balance will now be zeroed out and any earnings in February (and moving forward) will be paid out in full at the beginning of each month. "

I updated a thread at gpwa about this. I believe Michael is looking into it too.

I have had contact with Katy and will work to help resolve this as well. Give me a few days and I'll let you know the results via PM.
