    ... to tightly align yourself with one affiliate by advertising their public complaint service on your website. While it might be useful and/or necessary its a sad reflection of the lack of independent arbitration and official recourse that players have in a dispute with an online casino licensed in Malta.

    The message you publish mentions official government regulatory bodies but doesn't link to anywhere nor give any further information. Instead you get an ad for the affiliate site. You're basically saying "there is nowhere set up to properly handle your complaints, so go to this 3rd party affiliate that will publish everything publicly for all to see and try your luck there." Are you sure its not going to annoy your customers, let alone all your other affiliates?

    Good point and what is a "Certificate of Trust". Does that mean this affiliate will pay players if BetAtCasino doesn't!
    We all know that wont happen, so I agree 100% with Vladi on this.
