iAffiliates terms change - No 90 day warning prior to stealing

Terms spidered on February 2nd, 2015 01:26 PM

SUMMARY: Gotta love folks like iAffiliates, for some reason they decided they do not want to notify the affiliate prior to removing the funds in their account.

    [IMG] Money Laundering
5.14 Due to strict anti money laundering requirements we require one or more forms of documentation to verify your identity before we can make a first payment out to you. If for a continuous period of 180 days from our request for this verification documentation, we have still not received the same from you then the funds remaining in your account will become dormant. Upon becoming dormant we will issue a warning advising that the funds remaining in your account will be removed if the necessary verification document is not received within the following 90 days, at which point funds remaining in your account will be removedand your account closed. 5.15 In the case of CPA deals, if we do not receive any traffic for a continuous period of 180 days, your account will become dormant. We will issue a warning advising that the funds remaining in your account will be removed and if no new traffic is sent within the following 90 days , at which point funds remaining in your account will be removedand your account closed. 5.15 Where the arrangement is based on a Revenue Share, if no gaming revenue is generated for a continuous period of 180 days, your account will become dormant. We will issue a warning advising that the funds remaining in your account will be removed and if no new traffic is sent within the following 90 days , at which point funds remaining in your account will be removedand your account closed.

SUMMARY: Their dormancy clause was already predatory. However - now they do not have to 'warn' you that your account is dormant - they can just sit back and drool up until they day they steal your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP.

Sorry.. these are not coming in well anymore :( Has to do with HTML not working in the forum. Will try to fix, but in the meantime - here are the changes:

Incredible. This attitude is already more than enough reason to never promote this company. What a crooked way of doing business.

Criminals. They're off my sites tonight too. Just one more reason and peice of hard evidence backing up why you should never promote any program based in Israel.
