I did my research and I found programs that offers CPA : Focalclick,Referback,Reward AFF,Bright Share and Club Gold Partners.And I know that revenue share for long term it s a good business, but I try to mixt revenue with CPA on my site.If you know any other programs with CPA plan please let me know.Sorry for my english

Stay away from Club Gold, they suck.

Stargames offers CPA.
