I am at my wits end, Sarah used to be my affiliate manager who was great and help me when needed, now I have a new manager things aren`t as good. I emailed last week for an email change and to have my campaigns cleared out, and not long after a received a reply but it wasn`t from my manager. I was told that I could access my account to make the email changes and then asked why about the campaigns... ... well I knew that I couldn`t change my email address myself but checked again anyway. I sent back a reply about the address and the campaigns and hear nothing! I re-replied and still nothing! I left it a few days and then started over and emailed, the auto response arrived but guess what, yes... nothing else. The support I have had regarding this matter is terrible, and to not even know about email changes is just crazy. I`m still waiting for support!
