Hi Guys,

Firstly, Let me tell you about my commission for end of September, from 02.10.2015, I checked my last commission about ~$96, and I am waiting for payout. Until today, I checked again and it's showing my Sep commission is $1.19, I don't believed to my eye, I am sure 100% my last commission is $96, and older under commission is ~$100.11, something shady here.

Then, I checked again for all my commission until 06.2014 to today. It's showing:

I double checked on my media

From 01.06.2014 to 31.12.2014:

Aug 2015

May

And now my commission is still under limit.

Everybody explain?
@32Red Aff please clarify

John

Hi John,

The report you are running is the media report which shows you net revenue and not commission. Please run the "Monthly Earnings" report to see the commission you are due which you will see is correct if you calculate the net revenue with the rev share percentage you are on.

I have also double checked your active players for September and can confirm their activity matches what has been recorded in your affiliate account.

If you have any further questions you can also email me - alison.batchelor@32red.com

Kind regards,

Alison

I have the very same feeling as the OP. 32red and now TTR stats just dont seem to add up. The fact we cannot see deposit, win and loss amounts is just one of the suspect things here.

Even I have been feeling uneasy about 32Red, after years of being one of my favourite operators.
The reports on the new system they brought in in November simply does not show enough data.

For example - where on earth do they show how many impressions and clicks you get for EACH casino's banners & links?
I can't find this anywhere in the reports.
And Roxy Palace does not appear on any reports anywhere... !

I have also just realised that an e-mail I sent them in November was never answered.
This is not looking good...

Following is just one example of many, where transparency is shot to pieces.

Customers >> Customer Reporting

Set a date range... Info is displayed and in the far right column (Details) is a link "List Activity" for each customer... Clicking this should give the relevant data for each player. Instead it's blank div pop o_O

Checked same action on another aff program who runs NetRefer.

The "List Activity" link (div pop) displays the following data (left to right):
  • Activity Date
  • Product
  • NetRevenue
  • Payouts
  • Contributions
Albeit it's not near enough information, least data is not MIA and blank!

As far as Roxy Palace... Before the buyout, I couldn't login into the aff program for months. Didn't receive any payments, so figured I'd not made anything. Regardless of that, I should be able to NOW view the relevant stats data. Put simply I'm not, that's gone MIA too.

It's this lack of reporting and blank data, which prompts the OP and others to post. Roxy et al has been mapped over (that's what we've been told), then what has happened to the previous data?

I sure hope this isn't another case of the usual excuses.

I can't!
I want to see how many impressions and clicks you get for EACH casino's banners & links.
Please tell me exactly which report has this info?

KK
I see this information under reports then go to media reports then go to either landing pages or media

Hi Guys,

Happy New Year!

Just to catch up on this thread, apologies I didn't see it over the holidays.

The reports on the new system they brought in in November simply does not show enough data.

Hi KK, just to clarify, the system isn't new and the reports haven't changed since we launched with Netrefer. We merely rebranded and migrated Roxy brands.

For example - where on earth do they show how many impressions and clicks you get for EACH casino's banners & links?
I can't find this anywhere in the reports.

KK

Glad you got this sorted and apologies for the lack of reply, we were inundated with emails during the migration and it must have been lost in the process. Please feel free to PM me if you don't get a speedy reply in the future.

You're correct Bet4You, this should and used to show the activity detail. Is this still not working for you? I'll will get it checked out.

As far as Roxy Palace... Before the buyout, I couldn't login into the aff program for months. Didn't receive any payments, so figured I'd not made anything. Regardless of that, I should be able to NOW view the relevant stats data. Put simply I'm not, that's gone MIA too.

Please PM/email over your old Roxy username and I will get this checked out. I presume you sent us this when we asked for it prior to migration?

Thanks guys.

Sorry Mark, but that simply isn't true!

Before November I could pull down monthly stats for EACH casino - now they are all grouped into one report as "casino" = especially useless since you said earlier that the properties are no longer bundled. o_O

Hi KK,

Apologies, I didn't word that very well! The reports themselves haven't changed, but the data structure has to allow for the non-bundling as you say. Previously brands were set up as 'products' which caused problems for us.

As others have said, you can see some info under Media Reports but I see what you mean, it's no longer as clear/easy as it was. Do you work with any other Netrefer partners who have brands listed in that report? It may be that they didn't activate for us.

No, none of the others I know list the casinos separately in the Monthly Marketing Reports.

In my opinion, whoever designed these reports at Netrefer needs a large boot up the rear!
For most of them you have to scroll sideways up to 6 times the width of the viewing window (which itself is only about half the full width of my computer screen!) – by which time you can no longer see which row is which, as the name is in the first column!
What we need is a format where ALL the relevant columns can be viewed in one window – with NO scrolling!
Other affy back-ends do this - so why can't they?

Not your fault at all – but VERY poor design by Netrefer, you must agree.
Maybe you could get on to them and suggest they look at better ways of displaying the data?

Cheers,
KK
