I am drowning in a sea of stupidity and incompetence (BumBet Affiliates)

Within week i can't login to my affiliate account at BumBet affiliates
Still no reply. 404 Error. BumBet affiliates disappeared with all managers.
I tried to contact with BumBet casino / sportsbook, but as usualy casino support don't know what BumBet affiliate program is, and what is the diffirence between BumBet and BumBet Affiliates.
They try to give me link to 404 page and explain that 404 page is affiliate program. Because 404 page redirect to 404 page on BumBet casino / sportsbook and contain casino registration form. But they think that this is registration form of affiliate program.

From what I have found on a few other affiliate sites, the Bumbet affiliate program has closed... IDK if there is any way left to contact anyone?

I don't know this guy but I see he is active on Twitter; gamblerspick.com/affiliate-programs/bumbet-affiliates-r486/

Maybe he knows more?
