I’m VERY disappointed in Fortune Affiliates

I’ve been promoting Fortune Affiliates for over 10 years now, and have built a decent player base and have been generating a decent income. Besides the $20K charge back issue, I’ve been fairly happy with the conversions and income.

June 29

I posted a message on AGD & GPWA that I hadn’t received my May commission.

July 1

I received a message that my account manager will be in touch with me to resolve the issue.

July 1

I received an email from my account manager that my May and June payment will be processed tomorrow.

July 8

Still No Payment. I emailed my account manager and told him that I still didn’t receive payment.

July 9

I was emailed that the payment will be taking place today.

July 10

Still no payment. I emailed my account manager and asked when the payment will be made.

July 11

I was told that I should be receiving payment by today.

July 12

Guess what??? STILL NO PAYMENT!!!

What is going on with Fortune Affiliates? Why am I suddenly having payment issues? As if it’s not bad enough to charge me back $20,000 without the slightest proof of charge backs, now you have stopped payments and keep lying to me. Is this how you treat affiliates who have been loyal to you for over 10 years?

I need this issue to be resolved immediately because some of us affiliates are actually running a business and have bills to pay and families to feed.

For a program that should be trying to impress a whole bunch of new affiliates from Red Returns they are not giving us much confidence. Fortune Affiliates is located in Belize of all places, Pirates of the Caribbean maybe?

In a word, Yes :(

I had an account (since 2003) in my name, with my details (no one elses details were listed on that account). Albeit it was a shared with another affiliate. However my ex-partner produced a voided business agreement and Fortune Affiliates gave him the account. So yeah, loyalty, ethics and honesty, are MIA at Fortune Affiliates. Seems these virtues are ONLY applicable when it suits FA's agenda!

Hi All,

The above payment issue has been resolved between LandofOz and his account manager. May payment issues were an issue of them being withheld by auditors due to an exchange rate difference. LandofOz has received payment for his June payment within the Fortune Affiliates time frame and the May payment was added to this. We do apologize sincerely to LandofOz for the inconvenience this has caused you, and thank you for confirming that it has been resolved.
