Casino Share, Grand Mondial and Quatro Casino join the CasinoRewards.com network

Casino Rewards/Rewards Affiliates is proud to announce that the Playshare group (Casino Share, Quatro Casino and Grand Mondial) will be joining the Casino Rewards network.

Over the next week we will be starting the integration of the systems on the affiliate side. All existing players will be transferred over to the Rewards Affiliates system and you will continue to get paid for all players you have sent to Playshare Partners in the past. All player balances will be transferred over and we have increased our call centre shifts around to clock to make sure that the transition for players is as smooth as possible.

We will be sending individual emails to affiliates about changing of their linking codes and will allow a grace period whereby both old Playshare linking codes and/or the new Rewards Affiliates linking codes will work.

Player's Palace Casino will also be migrated under the Casino Rewards/Rewards Affiliates umbrella.

Thanks for the heads-up and congrats. You're going to be the busiest affiliate manager on the planet LOL.

These casinos have a decent rep with players because they offer manual flushing and 24hr cashout processing. If ITS maintain those services they have bought very sensibly IMO.

What if you were a Playshare affiliate but never a Casino Rewards affiliate?

Are those affiliates now also Casino Rewards affiliates?

JMO I find it totally disturbing that players are receiving emails concerning their accounts with the affected brands but yet we as affiliates(atleast GamTrak) haven't received a darn thing other than reading the announcement here and at GPWA.

These casinos have a decent rep with players because they offer manual flushing and 24hr cashout processing. If ITS maintain those services they have bought very sensibly IMO.

In regards to the rest of the posts here, the reason we haven't sent anything out to affiliates is because we don't have any of the data yet (which I am told is going to take longer than expected due to the way it is organised there), so a lot of the questions being asked are just unanswerable at this stage. I'm hoping that we will know more about the data and any unanswerable questions early next week. We also wanted to get the word out so that you heard this from us rather than another source. So this post was more of an announcement than an information post at this stage.

I'm putting together an FAQ to answer the questions I do know the answers to - of questions here, at other forums and that I received in emails overnight. I'm hoping that a lot of your worries will be put to bed knowing that in the past all of our acquisitions have gone relatively smoothly and that we have always tagged players to your existing account with us so that you will continue to earn on the players you sent previously - we have some of the best IT guys in the country working for us, not to mention Yaniv and I have a tech background and this is our 4th time doing this, so you can be confident that we all know what we are doing :)

Re revshare - I will answer this in the FAQ.

Please don't stress guys - I'm doing all the stressing for all of us right now. Please bare with me while I get all the information you guys need.

What if I have an account with Playshare affiliates but not with Rewards Affiliates?
In this case a new account will be created for you. Alternatively you can also create a new account with Rewards Affiliates now and ensure that the details on your Rewards Affiliates account match the details in your Playshare account so we can accurately match the details and migrate all the players to your new RA account accordingly.


Will I still earn on net-revshare or will my players be paid on the wager model?
We offer a Revshare model that is paid on net loss. If your current RA account is paid on the wager model, and you would like your playshare players paid on net-revshare, please create a new affiliate account where the username is the same as your current RA account with _ps on the end (example, Renee_ps) and send us an email letting us know you'd like your players migrated to the revshare account. If your current RA aff account is on the RevShare model, you will not need to do anything.


Do I need to update my banners and links?
Banners and links will need to be updated once we have migrated all data over to our systems. In the meantime and for a grace period, all Playshare tracking will still work. We will give affiliates notice of when the grace period will end so that all affiliates have time to change banners and links.


Will I be able to keep my existing deal?
Once we have migrated all the data across we will be looking at the existing deals and getting back to each affiliate individually on the status of their deal.


Am I going to keep my old players?
All players that you acquired under the Playshare Brands will be migrated over to the Rewards Affiliates system. You will continue to earn commissions on all existing players.


I have 2+ affiliate accounts with Playshare. How will that work?
If you have 2 or more affiliate accounts with Playshare, we will merge all players into one account with Rewards Affiliates. If you'd like these accounts to stay separate, you'll need to let us know via email.


Which brands will be moving to the Casino Rewards/Rewards Affiliates umbrella?
Casino Share, Grand Mondial, Quatro Casino, Player's Palace, Poker Share and all their respective US brands.


What will happen to the Premier Gaming Group?
Since Casino Rewards has their own loyalty system, the premier gaming group will not be acquired.

I'm waiting on some banners from the graphics guys which will also be live shortly.

Over the next couple of days while we are transferring things over, there may be some downtime with the old link/banner server. This is only to be expected with a migration and we do apologise but aim to make any downtime as short as possible.
The old links will still work for a short period once everything has been migrated over, but to minimise downtime and to eliminate any rush to change links on the cut off date, we would like to advise all affiliates to start changing their links now.

Stats will not start to appear in your account until next week once we have mapped everything over and backdated, so we appreciate your patience over the weekend. If there are any last minute requests on which account to map your players to, please send them to me ASAP at Renee@RewardsAffiliates.com as once we have mapped the players to an account, we won't be able to move them again.

OK one last thing before I venture home to bed...


Playshare is taking care of payments for January commission.

We will be paying affiliates from Feb 1 with the regular commission payments moving forward.

It is my understanding that moneybookers and quicktender have been sent. I'm waiting to hear on the rest of the payments and should have more info next week. If you're supposed to have been paid by moneybookers or quicktender and havent spoken to one of us yet, please send me an email letting me know your username and how much you were owed so I can get in touch with the previous owners: Renee@RewardsAffiliates.com
