How set the PMOP??

Hi,
last month (August) I had the first player/depositor so I tried to set my Method of Payment... but it seems that I can choose only "cheque" in fact If I try to set "swift" (what is this??) or "e-cash" the page re-loads but no changes happen! In other words, please answer my following questions:

1) how can I set Neteller or Skrill or Paypal for example?

2) what is the minimum to require my earnings (should I require or it's automatic every month if the minimun is reached?)
