How do you pay US affiliates?

Hi, I tried to signup via the AGD link here, but got to payment methods and you have no way for your American affiliates to get paid? So ... I didn't finish signing up.

Please drop me an email to nf@casinocreed.com with your registrations details including the payment ones and I will manually add you.
Some american affiliates prefer to get paid via Bank Wire.
