Hi All,

We sent out communication announcing that historical reports would be available as of the 18th of April, and we have unfortunately not been able to meet that deadline.

We have run into some issues with uploading the historical data into our new system, and can at the current point in time not commit to a specific date this will be live. We are working full time on resolving the issue and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

Should you in the meantime need your historical data you are welcome to contact your account manager or support@fortuneaffiliates.com and we will provide you with it.

Please bear with us for a little longer, with a new system launch there are bound to be some teething problems. We will keep you informed of any updates on this thread.

Update on Historical Reports & Opening Balances

Hi All,

Our new Affiliate System has been operational for a little over a month, and we want to thank you for your patience through this transitional phase.

Historical Reports

We sent out communication stating that your historical reports would be available as of 18 April, but we have unfortunately not been able to meet this deadline. We have run into unforeseen complications with uploading the historical data into the new system. As a result, we cannot, at the present time, commit to a deadline for when these complications will be resolved.

We would like to assure you that the issue is our top priority and a resolution is being worked on. Should you require your historical reports in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager or support@fortuneaffiliates.com. We will be able to send through the information you require. We do apologize for the inconvenience that this may be causing you.

Opening Balances and Payments

Please be aware that due to the historical data migration issues, there may be complications with additions or deductions not being implemented on the Opening Balance and Payments on your account. This means that your Account Summary Report and Summary Earnings Reports will be incorrect.

This complication may occur if, by the end of March you were not paid for any of the below reasons:
  • Payment was below the minimum threshold
  • Your banking details have not been added or updated
  • Your payment was rejected
Please don’t hesitate to contact your Account Manager or support@fortuneaffiliates.com if you have any queries regarding how this affects your specific account.

Please also note that most outstanding payments are due to incorrect payment details, so be sure to double check that yours are up to date.

I'm personally at a lose as to why the system was changed in the first place?

More disturbing, who designs a new aff program where the old historical data etc etc can't simply be uploaded and distrubted to where it's supposed to go. I mean seriously, this should be the cornerstone design of any new platform, least one taking over from its predicessor. Surely with such a large company as Osiris Trading (osiristrading.com) and their claimed expertise, how does something like this even happen or thinks it's ok to keep affiliates dangling in limbo.

I guess if this affected FA or FL's bottom line, it would have been ready as promised on the 18'th April... just sayin!
