If, in any given month, Your Account reflects a negative net win balance for one brand and a positive net Win balance for another brand, then the positive Net Win balance will be off-set against the negative balance for that given month. For example, if brand A has a negative Net Win of (-) $5, and brand B has a positive Net Win balance of ( ) $6, Your Account will reflect a total of ( ) $1.

Dated:2014-06-06 00:00:00 - Marketing - Maintaining Links4.3 Marketing Material - On registration as an Affiliate of Hippodromeaffiliates.com, You shall, via our site, newsletters and staff, have access to banners, text and/or other online and offline promotional materials and trademarks (collectively "Approved Marketing Material"). You may place said materials on Your site, and/or utilise them via e-mail and/or direct marketing and/or print media. These are the designated methods by which You may advertise on behalf of Our Merchants or Hippodromeaffiliates.com. You may not alter any of the Approved Marketing Materials or make use of other marketing materials without Our prior written consent. All Approved Marketing Material must be kept current and You shall utilise new Marketing Material forthwith after it is made available to You by Us. A breach of this clause 4.3 in any way shall entitle Us to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect.
4.4 Affiliate Appointment - You hereby accept the appointment as Our Affiliate in terms of clause 3.1 above. You acknowledge that this Agreement does not grant You an exclusive right or privilege to assist Us in the provision of services arising from Your referrals. You shall have no claims to Commissions or other compensation on business secured by or through persons or entities other than You.
4.5 Approved Layouts - In the absence of Our prior written approval, You will only be permitted to use Our Approved Marketing Material as available on Hippodrome Affiliates.com, or supplied directly to You by Us, and will not alter its appearance nor refer to Us, Our Merchants or Our/their partners in any promotional materials. The appearance and syntax of the hypertext transfer links are designed and designated by Us and constitute the only authorised and permitted representation of Our Merchants sites.
4.4 Affiliate Appointment - You hereby accept the appointment as Our Affiliate in terms of clause 3.1 above. Dated:2014-06-06 00:00:00 - Minimum Activity Rule5.3.6 Hippodrome Affiliates will only make payments to active affiliates; an active affiliate account is defined as an account which has generated a minimum of 1 new paying customer for the casino clients of Hippodrome Affiliates within a 3 month period. If an account does not meet these requirements, at the sole discretion of Hippodrome Affiliates management, future commission payments may be withheld.
5.3.7 In the event that any Affiliate fails to send, or otherwise refer, a new active depositing player within any consecutive 3 month period, then any Commission which would otherwise be due to that Affiliate in terms of these Terms and Conditions may, at the sole discretion of Hippodrome Affiliates management, be blocked, immediately following the aforesaid 3 month period of inactivity, until Hippodrome Affiliates management, at its sole discretion, considers the account active. Save that Hippodrome Affiliates management will, in the exercise of its discretion, unblock the said account as soon as a player, or players, are again referred by the Affiliate, in which case the Commission payable will revert to the standard sliding revenue share model and not the level of Commission applicable on or immediately before the date of the applicable 3 months of inactivity.
