Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the new real revenue share audit report for High Affiliates.

One of their brands is Royal Rabbit Casino.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: NetRefer

We deposited €20 via Skrill and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to 500.

Our funds with the deposit were €40. We started playing some slots:

Slot 2 Start.jpg

Slot 3 End.jpg

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

For the deposit of €20 via Skrill the Net Gaming Revenue was €6,20.
Our earnings should be 60% of NGR which is €3.72.

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 6.20/20= 31% which is very bad!

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 07.75 %
  • 30% = 09.30 %
  • 35% = 10.85 %
  • 40% = 12.40 %
  • 45% = 13.95 %

That's practically in the realm of Video Slots shit-land. These white labels are one, of two possibilities:
  1. The owners are clueless, and are also getting shafted.
  2. The owners are crooks, and are taking the piss out of affiliates.
Edit:
Given these woefully low (and I'll add, truly misleading) commission %'s, I have to wonder how they can remain, AGD certified? Granting a seal to a program who pay a pittance of their advertised commission %'s, isn't what I'd call trustworthy...just sayin!

Dear AGD team,

We appreciate the effort you put into these projects.

The result seen here however is frustrating and is caused by a factual error. I can personally assure you that the calculation is incorrect and does not reflect how we reward our affiliates.

Please allow me to check what happened in this case over the weekend and I'll come back to clarify the issue.

I would say those numbers can't be correct. We work with High Affiliates on another brand they have. Just a quick check on our numbers, we got around €20k deposit last month which was our first month and had a revenue share of €8400.

So, either there MUST be a mistake, or they are having different models depending on the brands.

It would be great to prove that refutation and in case this was a mistake, to have an explanation on what actually caused the error.

In that case, something is definitely going on. Hopefully AGD will be able to re-do the audit.

This audit made us re-check results but revshare compared to NGR percentage is actually normal for us. we see 85% or around that for effective NGR, impossible they have such admin fees as mathematically it would mean we have 300-400% more NGR.

I love how you guarantee that you lose your money for the audit by playing Betsoft, Yggdrasil, and most likely reduced RTP Play'n Go slots. ;) You could hardly pick a better set to make sure you lost your money fast.

Ok, guys, you were right, the audit confirmed that the numbers were wrong.

We found that the import of released vs granted bonuses was not being processed correctly, due to an IT error. This is why the reward reports were showing wildly inaccurate numbers for some of our affiliates.

Correcting the bug is already in progress and it will only take a short time to reintegrate the corrected files and for Netrefer to re-assign the proper results.

We'd like to offer 3 initiatives to help move this forward:

1. all of our active affiliates will benefit from an extra 5% RevShare for June as a sign of good faith and as apology for any annoyance caused
2. we're cordially inviting AGD to re-audit the program after this issue is fixed
3. I'm making myself available for any information related to this topic via Skype / email

We're happy to let you know that we fixed the error, the imported costs are accurately reflected in the reward calculations.

Thankfully we are able to use the correct data for May's commissions.

We're looking forward to a new audit by the AGD team and want to say thank you all for the feedback and help.

Please do reach out to let me know how I can help.
