Hero Gaming, what's going on?

I have never had a problem with Hero Gaming before, in fact, they have been the first to pay from what I remember. So started promoting their new brand Speedy. Come October and they have still not payed commission for August earnings. I'm on the accountant and she seems helpful enough, but still no commission.

I write to the affiliate manager on Skype and he doesn't respond although I can see he is online. Definitely not getting any good vibes.

Anyone else experiencing problems like this?

*Edit: got in touch with them and same answer, they're having problems with their payouts. Apparently whole team is new or something along those lines. We'll see what happens. I know they're a good program, but situations like this is never good in my opinion.

We have had issues with a couple of our affiliate partners too.

Betfred / Active Wins sent us a email explaining the situation and paid a few days late.

Coral haven’t paid us for August yet and I’m not getting any correspondence at all from them.

Yes, after talking to Hero Gaming I have no doubt in my mind that I will eventually be payed, but it's also somewhat of a warning sign when a program cannot pay its affiliates in time.

No program is a "good" program if they can't pay on time, and worse, if they haven't paid for two (2) back to back months. Plus, an AM ignoring affiliate(s) about being paid, that ain't cool either.

A late payment (of a couple of days) is always acceptable, given, the nature of the internet.

However, two (2) months of not being paid, and worse, being fed the run-a-round... imho something ain't Kosher!

EOM aff payments are pretty much an automated system these days, the only thing that isn't is when the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) is presented with the each month's payment sheet, which he/she then personally signs off on. At which point, the batch file(s) are sent to the processor, in turn, the processor sends commissions to web wallets, bank wires etc.

In my experience, when a program is having issues, the 1'st sign is ongoing late (or no pay) commissions.

Are players reporting late payments of winnings, or any other funny business?

I have the idea behind the screen it's a bit of a mess, as they're not underfunded.

Hmm... might be time to pull these guys down until things are sorted out. Payment issues are always the first sign of a program/company going under.

Still no payment for August earnings. The head of affiliates refused to answer why and kept referring me to 'my' affiliate manager I didn't even know was my manager. Tough question to answer?

This would never have happened before on Hero Gaming. I'm not sure I like what I'm seeing here.

Hm, that's odd. Was it for Casino Heroes or Speedy? They said themselves that they're having problems with the payouts.

Same problem again. Have not been paid this month. Anyone else still waiting for commission from Casino Heroes? Seems they always wait until the last day to pay.

Late with their payments again. Not responding on Skype because they probably have nothing to say. Absolutely disrespectful towards their partners. Will give them one last month and if they don't shape up I'm dropping them. Being paid on time should be the most fundamental of all things.

Nope. I've been in touch with their aff manager who put me in touch with their key account manager on Skype but have not received a reply.
