Help: NetRefer player stats...?

Does anyone understand NetRefer player stats?

I'm trying to work out what's going on with the player below - this pattern runs right through the month:
He deposits on about 12 days - over €3,000 in total...
NGR though for the month is -€173
However - he does not appear to have made ANY withdrawals!
(There are 2 more columns on the report: Payouts and Contributions - but all are 0).

Why does he keep depositing when he appears to be winning, but not withdrawing... ?

And what do "Customer Account" and "Casino" on every day mean?

Can anyone explain this report please?

Unfortunately you can´t see withdrawals in Netrefer stats. It could be possible he cash his money out and deposit it again.

You are lucky you even see deposit amounts, most dont even tell us that.

No - it's Come On.
Never looked at these player reports before - so I was assuming "Payout" meant withdrawal.
From what everyone has said - looks like it's not
Always find it hard to understand why some players do masses of deposits & withdrawals - even on multiple consecutive days - but I know some people do that. I guess that's the case here.

I believe so, I have one guy who I think deposits and withdraws thousands per day, 4 or 5 days per week.

Takes all sorts but looking at the behaviour thatbis shown, it all adds up.

The customer account references are transactions - note that's where the deposits are. The negative values are transaction fees - notice how in most they're bang on 1%. One isn't but I think bonuses end up in that column as well.
