HELP: Creating a Co-Branded Landing Page

One of our partner poker sites has offered us a co-branded landing page, as we have an exclusive offer for them (we're offering rakeback and no one else does). They requested that we send them a mock up of what we'd like on the page. Well, here's where I have questions, I'm not sure what to put there! I suppose we'll need:

1) logos of both companies
2) large text showing the meat of the offer
3) the T&C of the deal towards the bottom in smaller text.

Any other suggestions?

I was also curious if anyone could provide me with some examples of co-branded landing pages that I could pass on to a graphics designer to give them ideas on what to create.
