Welcome Nick...

High commissions (up to 60% RS) for quick and substantial earnings;

Lets not BS each other here, 60% RS is affiliate program puffery. Once GGR deductions are taken out (what are all those deductions?), that 60% is as unrealistic as, pigs flying.

To give you an example...
Video Slots market 40%. However, once GGR deductions are taken out, the poor affiliate promoting VS, barely makes 6%. A far cry from the 40%, hey!

Deckmedia... They offer up to 45%, and guess what, affiliates on this top tier actually make 45% commission. I market them, and I get paid exactly our agree RS % is...

You haven't even tried our program but you're bad-mouthing us. You're welcome to see for yourself.

I haven't tried your program either - but Dave is 100% correct.

I can not find the way commissions is calculated stated anywhere on your website - including it not being in the T&Cs o_O
How did you manage to get certified here?

NGR is a measure of a gambling establishment's net revenue minus all payments to players and tax deductions, but excluding operating expenses, which in our case goes as program admin fee of 10%

So this can be 25-35% + 10% admin fee on top?

10% after NGR? or 10% of all GGR, Some casinos word things so the affiliate thinks they are getting a better deal than they really are, I know the costs can be around 25% which with top software providers is fair. are you saying €1000 loss from a player would give €900 in NGR then we split 60 40?

Yes, that's right
But excluding operating expenses? there is no extra fee for that right? The reason why I ask is because nothing is setup clear and your answers are vague, there is nothing in Writing and really it sounds too good to be true. If it's as you say it is then it's a great deal for a Non US focused brand, probably the best I have seen ever perhaps.

You haven't even tried our program but you're bad-mouthing us.

Do affiliates not have the right to question a program's authenticity, who is trying to entice partners to work with them? IDK how you conduct business yourself Nick, but before I jump into any commercial agreement, I do it with both-eyes wide open.

FYI, I've been a casino affiliate for 20 years (come Feb 2020). That experience alone, gives me enough knowledge to know, what is a realistic Rev Share, and what is not.

Found this over at ThePogg:

https://thepogg.com/company/araxio-development-n-v/
This company also appears to go by the name, or is closely associated with Tranello Group of Companies.

While Mate Affiliates and ZetCasino are relatively new entities, the above information lists an additional seven (7) casinos, which, all seem to tie back to one entity/owner.

sounds too good to be true.

Given the likely association to these other casinos, and the truly amazing RS deals on offer here, a cynical affiliate may wonder why this association hasn't been disclosed.

Add this to the mix:

I can not find the way commissions is calculated stated anywhere on your website - including it not being in the T&Cs

Affiliates these days expect 100% transparency. In this case, that means GGR deductions are listed in the T&C's (legal agreement between said program and affiliate). Nothing is in writing anywhere (aside from what the AM posts here).

Food for thought... The agreement is regulated by Araxio Development N.V., et al...

NB - T&C's are not dated. Every legal binding document should be dated. Otherwise, who knows what T&C's you signed up to, on which date. EG - No dated document, they could change it to anything, and your screwed.

mateaffiliates.com/terms/
By applying for the affiliate program of Mateaffiliates (“Affiliate Program”) and by agreeing with “Terms and Conditions”, you (“The Partner”) accept all the conditions described in the agreement.

GGR deductions are not itemised in the T&C's - what else has been left-out???!!!

Nothing personal Nick, but experience tells me, when, AM's are vague, go on the defense, and or are not 100% forthcoming with direct answers, it raises a red flag. In which case (as I've done here) I go searching for background information.

Besides all that... Reiterating, been an affiliate for 20 years, I know a LOT of industry people, but I've never heard of your name before...

Yes, that's right
You either:
a) Don't understand how the commission is calculated.
b) Are deliberately trying to mislead.

Frank asked: If player loses 1,000, you take 10% admin fee, leaving 900 and the affiliate gets 60% of that (on the top tier).

But earlier you also said there was a tax deduction. Where has that gone?

Why don't you just add the full transparent calculation to your T&Cs on the affiliate site, and just put all this to bed once and for all?
