From my mailbox:

Hi David

I have an important positive announcement to make!

The management of Grande Vegas Casino has made a decision to sell the brand to a bigger, more powerful operator that has an excellent reputation, great customer support as well as solid processing due to the fact that they have high volumes across all their brands.

Grande Vegas Casino has been sold to The Jackpot Capital Group, a reputable group, which I’m sure needs no introduction.

Please be aware that this was not a light decision, however by selling to a big powerful group the affiliate partners as well as the players would reap the rewards over the long term.

As mentioned, their processing is strong, support impeccable, excellent affiliate relations and to sum it up we could not leave you in more capable hands.

The Jackpot Capital Group’s timely knowledge, professionalism and stability in the US market will undoubtedly strengthen the brand and exponentially aid in your successes when promoting Grande Vegas Casino.

The Jackpot Capital Group has contractually committed to honour all outstanding affiliate payments and will continue to do so.

PLEASE PUT ALL YOUR FEARS TO REST – THIS SALE IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST!

Please expect communication and press releases in the near future announcing the sale with more conclusive information to follow to make this transition as smooth as possible.

It has been an absolute pleasure marketing the brand with you!

Being the type of individual that I am, when I make a deal with a marketing partner I make a no holds barred commitment to serve and assist in every way possible and it is in my nature to continue offering you service.

You have my commitment that I will act as a liaison officer and communication channel for any existing deals or frustrations that may result in the immediate transitional period.

However I do believe that there will be minimal issues as I know The Jackpot Capital Group are there to please and serve their affiliates. The Jackpot Capital Group Affiliate Team can be contacted by email: affiliates [at] jackpotcapital.com

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you all and on behalf of myself and the Grande Vegas Management I would like to thank you for your ongoing support throughout our partnership.

Please feel free to contact me via Skype/ MSN to discuss anything at all.

All the best,

I hear from the grapevine that there will be lots of consolidations over the next few months.

We'll be changing a lot of links...

hi Bonustreak
You mean luckyclubcasino.com & Luckyclubslots.com ?

Yes that is correct :)

Stats for jackpot capital have not been updated for 18000 minutes

Not sure about the stats but I am positive all your activity is still being traced and tracked this is a very good program and trustworthy. As far as the link to Slotastic I think this question was asked once before either here or on another forum and we were reassured that they do track the player back to the original affiliate.

Has anyone received their affiliate payment for April for Grande Vegas?

I was told back the first week in May by Melanie that Jackpot Capital would be taking care of the April affiliate payments but hell I can't even get the peeps at Jackpot Capital to answer that simple question of ....when will your affiliates be paid their April commissions!

Why do they (Jackpot Capital) not take part in the forum here since they are a listed program here? Jackpot Capital Affiliates - Affiliate Guard Dog

How hard is it for them to sent out just one, only 1 simple email stating when affiliates will be paid their April affiliate payment from Grande Vegas?

You would think this is some sort of rocket science here trying to get a straight answer to that question.

I'm not even owed that much for April but that's not my point here, my point is the total lack of communication they have showed toward their affiliates.

Really makes me consider why I want to continue to promote them!

Anyone, any feedback on this on your end?

*BUMP*

Anybody? No one else here promoted Grande Vegas?

Or have you already received Aprils payment?

Andy, why will Jackpot Capital not answer here and take part in the forum, I thought that was required of them when they are listed here as an affiliate friendly program....this total lack of communication from them damn sure is not affiliate friendly!

I also think that it should be a prerequisite for the programs affiliate managers to either have skype, MSN, yahoo or google chat too before they are listed as an approved and affiliate friendly program here...

Jackpot Capital's affiliate managers have none of these!

They told me a couple few weeks back in an email that the reason they did not was because of "security reasons", I've never heard that one before...lol :p

This is not posted in the Jackpot Capital forum, so they are likely not aware of it. I have forwarded this post information to them. Posts in THEIR forum would auto-notify them and they are required to respond.

Opps, my bad, I thought Dave had it posted in there. Guess I should have looked better.

Thanks Andy

Also, what do you think about the 'no chat' I mentioned?

Do you mean that they don't list Skype, MSN, or another IM? I have heard that some feel it is a security issue (but mainly because they get pummelled with marketers). I do not see that as a valid excuse not to have an IM client. It is easy enough to block folks who spam and with Skype, you can report them at the same time.

Exactly, there's absolutely no way to communicate with these folks unless you email them and then wait for approx. 2 weeks for a response or you try calling them and can never get thru or an answer....

So yea, pi$$ poor communications at the very best. I started a thread over at meisters place on May 18th http://www.casinomeister.com/forums...ande-vegas-affiliate-payments.html#post366763 and they haven't even responded in that one either. Bonustreak and slotplayer actually responded in it but nary a word from the good folks at the Jackpot Capital program.

That IMO is not good at all in the year 2010!

Of course there are many other "social" ways now-a-days to get a programs attention, but I have reserved and restrained myself from going down those paths in hopes that one of the aff managers there would actually come forward with a statement or at least a mass mailed informing their so called "partners" about the Grande Vegas payments but so far the lack of communication has been nothing but terrible.

I do hope that Jackpot Capital aff managers will re-evaluate their stance on this issue soon before I and others lose all faith in this program.

Word-Up JPC aff managers!

Again I want to reiterate that this is not at all about the money (affiliate payment due), but rather the blatant lack of any good communication!

On another and even more important note, I sure hope that my players and other affiliates players at Grande Vegas are not receiving the same type of "lack of communication" from them that their affiliate partners are!

I promoted them briefly in February, but the conversions were so bad, I couldn't afford to keep promoting them. Over 500 clicks per new depositor!

I earned a bit in February, but after that, I earned absolutely nothing. Not one of the players I sent in February continued playing beyond that month. Retention sucked -- it's no wonder they had to sell.

As for the Jackpot Capital people -- in London, I got the feeling that they weren't really interested in building relationships. I'm not sure why they were there, to be honest.

That said, JC has paid me each month. They pay into a player account, which is lame, but at least they've been paying each month.

Dear TheGamblingGuru,

Please excuse any delay in answering your question.

All Grande Vegas-Affiliates will receive their open commissions, no doubt about that.
All affiliates with open payments will be contacted by the Jackpot Capital affiliate department at the beginning of next week.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require anything else in the meanwhile.

Kindest regards,
Tony

Dear TheGamblingGuru,

Please excuse any delay in answering your question.

I'm sorry Tony, I could have excused the lack of response around May 20th or even as late as May 22nd from the thread over at Casinomeister's site that was started there on May 18th. I think at this point though to ask to be excused is a little much, at least in my world it is.

All Grande Vegas-Affiliates will receive their open commissions, no doubt about that.

Ummm OK....

All affiliates with open payments will be contacted by the Jackpot Capital affiliate department at the beginning of next week.

That's still a very vague answer there, don't you think? What is the point of being contacted? How bout just go ahead and pay us, why do you need to contact us? Maybe you are meaning something else here that I am not understanding...

Your answer still fails to give a specific date on when Grande Vegas affiliate payments will be issued!

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require anything else in the meanwhile.

How long would a response take? I've got to tell you Tony that myself and I'm sure others as well are very disappointed in your lack of communication with your affiliate partners here!
