Recieved my "final report" from eCOGRA and guess what? I am owed nothing!!

I received commission every month 'usually' when i promoted this group, they were my best earners.....and I am expected to beleive that when they closed down the aff. program that all my earnings just "stopped"....died.....complete and utter closure of my players...????

What a bunch of shit.....and i have absolute no respect or tolerance for eCOGRA whats so ever now...and will let it be known...

what a bunch of shit...

Looking at webmaster reaction in various forums, it is starting to look like players may have been untagged upon closure of the program.

this does not surprise me.. u hear ecogra losing more and more respect with grass root advertisers every year, and casinos see them as less important, and just another group trying to give some sort of certification -> at least with forum certification, affiliate programs see some value.

ecogra i am sure lines itself closely to the casino software, over operators, affiliates and players

I agree with Dom. I really think that Grand Prive gave over a crappy database to eCogra.

What I would like to know is this, though:

If they took player value and average lifetime of player... then what is the multiplier for termination?

Is it: 25% * Player Value * Player Lifetime?

Is it: 85% * Player Value * Player Lifetime?

How was the end-value calculated?

I have been poking around and it appears to me that ecogra was not presented with the statistics generated by the Referspot legacy players.

If Guarddog had been involved as originally suggested, this would not have happened.

I guess its back to the drawing board for ecogra.

Just my opinion saw this outcome coming a very long time ago. I am not surprised the old Referspot DB was likely not presented to Ecogra or any other factual information.

At this point although I have no business with GP I would reject any and all settlements. I realize this may be hard on some affiliates. But consider what GP has done IMO they don’t deserve our patronage of accepting any deals. They continue to live and breathe off the backs of the affiliate community.

Guarddog or any other equivalent should have been involved in these proceeding since day one. Very disappointed!
