GoWild ROGUED at Casinomeister

Hi,

I'm sure a few of you have seen the thread at CM regarding GoWild and their application of terms to a players cash balance.

In a nutshell, a player played solely with cash and they deemed his play to be irregular and confiscated his winnings.

It seems Bryan and Max hit a dead end with them and as a result rogued them.

My thoughts are that after seeing what they have done to affiliate earnings (neg balance almost every month) it does not surprise me that they treat players this way, and they should be rogued.

but when you play with your own money.. you have the right to play the games within the limit set within the game.
If the blackjack tables says $5 - $100 then I have the right to place whatever bet I want with my own money and within those limits.

Any attempt at justifying would contain outright lies and information based on something other than logic.

Discussed? even with some previous players, what live chat says to the players is different of what is said by reps !

1 example of max bet rule: live chat logs (yes at cm) "deposit 100 can bet 20 right? chat, yes" when won "denied because could bet 19.99% but not 20%"

in the last case, it was mentioned there that bonus funds were not involved, now already are?

It is not possible to bet "irregularly" on a slot machine. The outcome of every spin is determined by a random number generator.

It sounds to me like GoWild just doesn't like paying players when they win. Instead, they would rather look for T&C loopholes to avoid processing withdrawals -- which is pretty dumb, if you ask me, because players will often re-deposit the winnings at a later time.

Your terms are simply contradiction (and ridiculous). Even your helpdesk doesn't understand your own rules. It sounds like simply you don't want to pay winners.

If there in fact was bonus money involved I'm very surprised you haven't mentioned that earlier and avoided all the bad publicity. Why is that?

From what I read they were comp points. No amount of comp points would justify such a rule being implemented.

It must also be noted that the PLAYER has come forward with a statement saying : 'I understand that I have breached the Terms and Conditions of the casino and therefore made an agreement with GoWild which is satisfied for me and no more claim will come from my side regarding this case'

Im 100% certain they forced him to post that in the hope of receiving LESS thank what he is owed.
