GoWild not registering sign ups

Over the same period of time and with better posotioning on the website, GoWild had 3 registrations compared to closest competitor Full Cream who had 100 registrations. All other things being equal I would have expected at least similar stats not 3%

So, anyone else being robbed by GoWild?

The tracking works perfectly fine, however we discovered that most of your traffic is coming from countries that we do not accept.

Thanks for the reply Andreea. However I am not really convinced but I will have a good look at all the numbers and stats again in the new year. Benefit of the doubt till then.

We haven't had problems with registrations but we have had major issues with revenue from them. We have had players confirm losses with screen shots but their stats show no revenue and even negatives. This has been happening over the past several months. Something is really wrong with their stats and when we ask for an explanation they give us none. I am posting a new thread with some info on it for people to watch out for.

Actually my team notified me that I was not correct when I said we had no issues with sign ups. We are currently working through one sign up related issue and 4 commission issues.

Go Wild looked into our tagging issue: Originally we were told by Go Wild that the player was tagged correctly but we did not see them in our stats. We then asked again and after looking into it they determined that the player was not tagged properly. There was enough information provided to conclude that the player was suppose to be tagged to us. Go Wild has tagged the player properly. Thank you for taking care of this Go Wild.

On the commission front, we were told that other commission issues prior to my time would were dealt with and that I should review these prior issues. In the hopes that the prior issues would shed some light on the current issues, I requested any prior e-mails with calculations in case I was missing some. I was told that a call would be more efficient than e-mails. What I received was a lengthy e-mail with a list of many dates from last year letting me know when they were sent but no other information . Four long e-mails later and still no calculation e-mails but the intent to continue on the basis of being efficient. I have agreed to a Skype call. Fingers crossed that the call can explain the calculation because no information has been provided as of yet.

Draw your own conclusions, but after 17 years in this gig, I've found, most aff programs/casinos in situations like this, go to great lengths to avoid answering these questions in print. Proof can be found everywhere here on AGD, and GPWA. If a program does reply, you can bet-your-bottom-dollar it's peppered with semantics, smoke and mirrors. EG - avoiding giving straight, truthful answer(s).

If you have means to record that conversation, do so. Least then you have something to go back and use to cross reference your stats with, and make the calcuations needed to see if ALL is in fact Kosher ;)

People wonder why I'm so cynical. Never used to be. However this industry with its copious shenanigans, is responsible for this!
