Hello,

Regarding the new site that GoWild Casino is launching, will you cross promote players from GoWild Casino to the New Site? If you do will affiliates get credit for revenues at the New Site?

They assume we all can geo target our traffic, so probably no credit for you.
Lack of communication usually drops the ball (banners) for me.

I also asked this weeks ago..

Think back to when programs (AM's) would be on the ball. We'd never be left hanging like this. Now it's the norm not the exception.
Clearly it doesn't take twenty (20) days to answer a simple, black and white question.

What is the answer to the OP...hmmm at a guess, players wont be tracked!

Hello everybody,

Thank you for your inquiries and apologies for the delayed reply.

@Jason May, @bonustreak - Although I understand your concerns, I kindly ask you to note that I am unable to provide a definite answer yet, as our legal department is still composing the T&C regarding this matter. Please rest assured, you will be informed well before the new brand is launched.

@PaaskeUK - As previously mentioned in our communications, at the time of the UK accounts migration to 32Red, all your existing UK players have been mapped to your 32Red account. Please understand that, since the 15th of September we are no longer able to service the UK market, and our tracking links are not tracking in 32Red’s system.

Please feel free to contact me at marianm@gowildgaming.com for any questions.

Kind regards,
Marian Melinte

Thanks for info. So basically when players from UK would end up clicking your banner or links they end up at 32Red for FREE?? Tell honestly you do not get anything from this? Why have the links send players to 32Red then?? If your links were not tracking any longer why would lead players to 32Red can you tell me this?? I might just drop your brand alltogether seems the easy thing. Seems standalone Microgaming Casinos is a thing in the past. Multi plat form Casinos are way forward. I will have a think in this Christmas time and contact you start of new year on what I decide.

@PaaskeUK - Thank you for your reply. Feel free to drop me an e-mail at marianm@gowildgaming.com and I am sure I can further address your concerns.

We have notified and communicated in advance with all our affiliates that we will no longer be able to service the UK market and urged them not to promote Go Wild in the UK as all future traffic will be redirected to 32Red.

The redirect for UK visitors is IP based and is active since we stopped our activity in the UK in September 2014.

since the 15th of September we are no longer able to service the UK market, and our tracking links are not tracking in 32Red’s system.

But links/banners previously pointing to Go Wild, now accessed by a UK IP, are being redirected to 32Red, is that correct?

If that's how it is, then the only thing not tracked or being given credit for, are the referring affiliate tags on these redirected links...

That seems odd.

What I mean... If 32Red has mapped UK players, tagged to affiliates (btags/aff id's) from Go Wild, then they'd have all the data required, to assign credit, to the referring affiliate in these redirected links.

Unless of course, Go Wild is stripping all the referring affiliate tags and subsequently sending a default straight link redirect, to 32Red.

Not sure how that is setup!

Does 32Red simply rely on a wing and pray, that old aff links pointing to Go Wild, will redirect all these UK players to 32Red o_O

I find that hard to believe that a Plc would simply give blind faith that these all links, hit by a UK IP are being redirected. My guess, 32Red have some type of hands-on-control over these redirects at the point of redirection from Go Wild.

So basically when players from UK would end up clicking your banner or links they end up at 32Red for FREE??

Seems that way!

IMO these direct questions, should to be asked in the 32Red forum too!

I'd suggest being direct in simple and plain English. Otherwise you run the risk of getting semantics.

The identical game which Go Wild has played, in this thread, so far.

Yes, that is correct. And there is no obvious forwarding tagging.

Even if I simply type in "GiWildCasino.com" into my browser, it automatically re-directs to 32Red.
This is a pain in the arse for me, as it means I can't even view the Go Wild website to check their latest bonuses, T&Cs, etc.

This is the BIG issue for me too.
Why would you send players to a "competitor" if you're not getting anything out of it yourself.
I can't see any scenario where Go Wild are not getting paid in some way by 32Red.

Hello everybody,

First of all, I would like to wish everybody a happy New Year and apologize for the delayed reply.

@Jason May – Our affiliates that are assigned to a revenue share plan will enjoy earnings from cross-marketed players. Which means all gameplay on any of the brands will accumulate and contribute toward your revenue share (same as it is now, for example, between mobile casino and download or flash).

Regarding affiliates that are assigned to a CPA plan, a CPA Payment will be made to you as a one-off payment for each qualifying player, regardless of the number of brands and/or number or type of games played by that Player.

More information will be made available on our site and terms & conditions once the new casino will be live.

@Bet4You, @KasinoKing – As previously mentioned, we have decided to redirect UK IPs that access GoWild links to 32Red because we can no longer operate in the UK and we have advised all affiliates not to promote GoWild Casino to UK players and use geo targeting to ensure this wont effect their earnings. One of the main reasons is the fact that most of the existing players were using the mobile or web casinos therefore went to the website directly in order to play and this is the only way we could guarantee and ensure smooth transition for non-download users.

@KasinoKing – we have sent you an e-mail with instructions on how you can access gowildcasino.com from the UK.

Should any other affiliate require information on how to access our sites from the UK, feel free to contact me at marianm@gowildgaming.com or Skype: marianm.gow

Have a wonderful rest of the day,

This was informative. Is there a way to facilitate new users? Any promo offers. I used to play a long time back. What are the major changes in the last 1 1-1/2 year?
