GOLDEN AXE Casino don’t pay

Do any of you refer players to Golden Axe Casino...

Here’s my player experience so far, deposited 20€ last Monday and won 432€

After a few days my withdrawl was still pending so I contacted them again to be informed they needed documentation proofs...

No problem and sent them last Thursday, after multiple conversations they are now saying they need 5 to 7 business days to review the documents and my player activity.

This company won’t tell me who owns them, has spoken to me with disrespect and will do everything in its power not to release funds.

They say look at the terms and conditions for further info but there isn’t any.

I would refrain from giving this company any players at all costs.

What should Bali Affiliates representing ? They and their brands belongs to Tall Mountain and i can't see any license. They are here and there on blacklists. It's not trustable and recommendable, so better avoid.

Ok so they’ve refused to payout my initial deposit of €20 now and it’s been deleted from the account, I also have asked for the account to be closed on 3 occasions in the region of a week now and it’s still active.

How do I get admin of this site to see this

We will be going through Bali Affiliates terms and we will be making light of these players specific issues so that other affiliates are aware of them, and can make n more informed decision whether to promote them or not.

I don't want to be unfair and to say that all bulgarian companies are bad. There are certainly exceptions, like EGT. It's also a bulgarien company where create good casino games. In this business, of course, there are also some other companies where are bad and want to kidd their customers. A long time ago i helped a player who wasn't paid from a casino belongs to Tall Mountain Group. And that was very laborious. Where should the money come from?

It seems that they have different standard or imaginations how this business should work. Casinos without an obvious license should be avoided, but there will be always unexperienced users where don't know or read terms &conditions. The player will be the last where will paid. I don't know how they want to work in this business. To open a casino without any license, having bad terms and the customers comes around in droves?

Two years ago they started the first Affiliate mess in Sofia and that was disaster. Surely they tried the best but it wasn't enough. It was an experience but i don't must have second time. I only always hear or read that they have much money in the backround to invest but i don't see anything.
