Just got an e-mail about their new "Welcome Bonuses"...

Wagering is now (Deposit+Bonus)x35 and Phantom!

If that wasn't crazy enough, UK players are capped to maximum cash-out of £1,000...
On a 100% bonus up to £333...
i.e. Deposit £333, start play with £666, wager £23,310 and then not be allowed to cash-out more than £1,000

They have SERIOUSLY lost the plot now.

shame...they really dropped the ball... what used to be a decent casino is now super predatory, with roguish T&Cs designed to trap players ...booo!

Hello everybody,

Although we appreciate your concern regarding the promotional T&Cs of our UK-facing brand, there are a couple of aspects that we feel need clarifying:

  1. The wagering requirements on GOWILD UK have not changed, they have always been 35x (deposit + bonus)

Aside from the fact that we display all relevant bonus terms wherever our offers are promoted and that it’s in every players’ hands to decide whether to accept them or not, the wagering terms we are practicing are around the industry average.

  1. In the wake of new UKGC/ASA regulations, we have aligned our bonus terms so as to allow players to withdrawal their cash, even after accepting a deposit bonus (an action which previously needed wagering requirements to be met)

Considering that players are no longer required to complete wagering requirements in order to withdraw their cash, we need to protect ourselves from bonus abuse and any other associated risks, especially when it comes to high 1st deposit bonuses. This is why we have capped the withdrawal of winnings generated from the Welcome Offer (1st deposit bonus).

Hope this clarifies the terms for everyone. As always, we are more than happy to further discuss your concerns over a private chat or a phone call, at your earliest convenience.

Wish you all a great week ahead.

Well if this is only for the UK players and after reading Go Wild response about the need to protect themselves against bonus abusers I can understand this rule on the 1st deposit.

I personally get killed on earnings with programs that offer 'No Wager Rules', so maybe this is not such a bad thing after all. ONLY if this rule pertains ONLY to UK players.

Thanks for the clarification Go Wild

No it's NOT only for UK players - a very crafty answer from Go Wild there! :(

What he said is "it's always been (D+B)x35 for UK players", which is true...
But they have now increased it to this same level for all other countries as well!
The others used to be (D+B)x20 and cashable.
Now all are (D+B)x35 and PHANTOM. i.e. roughly twice as hard to meet the WR as it was before.

These bonus terms are not at all "around the industry average" - they are among the worst you will find at ANY EU-facing casino.

Yep and i think "people could have seen it in the terms" is a bit short-sides, especially if you are about player value and retention.

Anyway, Go Wild was for me No Go Casino.

play with £666

Has GoWild had a CEO shuffle? Seems Lucifer is heading this casino now :D

No it's NOT only for UK players - a very crafty answer from Go Wild there!

Used to be a top performing, trustworthy casino, operating an ethical program. Sadly, these days, they've fallen from a great height. So many unethical practices have been unearthed over the last few years on this mob.

I understand some folks can't drop them for financial reasons. But if that's not the case for others, then IMHO, Go Wild can no longer be trusted, and should be in the rogue pit!

Really???

Your a casino affiliate, portal (nodepositrewards.com), that literally promotes a multitude of casino brands. This post, just like your PBN and Casino Cruise thread, is starting to look like someone posting (cr#p), in attempt to raise their post count...just sayin!
