We have been tracking Play with Go Wild Affiliates (Wild Jack Pot, Go Wild Casino and Astral Bet) over the past several months. We confirmed that we should have revenue via our members but their stats show no revenue or negatives. We have written to them on a number of occasions for an explanation. They write back telling us to go to their affiliate site and give no explanation. We can't follow what they are doing and they don't give us any specifics with regards to how they have calculated revenue. We are 100% sure that we should of had revenue based on the rev share and their indicated admin fee's. We have taken all of their sites down. If you do business with them, you should try to verify their numbers and see if you can make sense of them. We couldn't and they didn't even try to explain their numbers.....Anyone else had problems?

Same here... i am going to post statistics to show you there is no way to earn with them and promoting their brands is total waste of time. I will pull them off completely from my site...

Why do programs wait until it goes to the boards before trying to fix things?

It would seem the majority of programs seem happy to wait, hoping, the screw up goes undetected by affiliates.

While everyone understands no personal data can be shared by GW (or any other program for that matter), the standard reply of send-us-an-email, really doesn't cut it anymore. What's the point of GW having a forum on AGD, if nothing is brought into the open???!!!

Hello @AussieDave ,

Please note that we have always made ourselves available for clarifying any concerns our affiliate partners may have, both through personal communication as well as through public forums, as long as the topic/claim is clear, legitimate and/or relevant.

Best Regards,
The GoWild Affiliates Team

Thank you Go Wild Casino for the E-mail and the request for a call. I can confirm that Go Wild Affiliates did always write back to us but we never got any answers to our questions and were simply directed to their affiliate sites. They didn't ignore us but instead gave us stock answers that didn't provide any information that we requested. I will keep everyone posted on how this progresses.

UPDATE: We have sent an e-mail to the Account Manager requesting information on their calculations as they requested. The Account Manager has requested to talk vs reply to our e-mail twice now. We have requested that we receive an e-mail confirming how they calculate their revenue and deductions and suggest a follow up call after. Calculations are easier to do while reading an e-mail vs while talking.

They hope people forget it or they work with some priority workflow, where the highest priority are the people making the most "noise". But yes, it's annoying. Chasing them for weeks or months and posting it on a forum, solving it in a day. It made that I am posting things quicker than before. Same thing for blacklisting programs and brands.

The private talks haven't concluded yet and no progress has been made. I was dealing with Marian and then moved to Roger. They have stated that they don't agree with my issues but haven't addressed any specifics and don't want to explain them via e-mail. They want to skype. I have requested that they send an explanation via e-mail and we also skype as it is much easier to look at calculations and discuss vs just discussing. The only progress that has been made has been that they have stopped ignoring our e-mails.

GoWild has confirmed that they have fixed the player tagging issue. We are not sure what happened but we had previously received confirmation that the player was tagged to us and then found they weren't. We aren't sure what happened but we know the player intended to be tagged to us. GoWild was good about sorting this out and the right outcome was achieved. Thank you Go Wild for your help on this.

@Richard Gibbons - glad things got sorted out.

Footnote:
Pity it seems to always come to this, that is, an affiliate posting a greivence to an aff forum (making it public), before a program decides to act.

Thanks Aussie Dave. I agree. I hope that the other one can be figured out. A number of e-mails have been exchanged with no information provided, after I was told that they wanted to be efficient. I am suppose to have a skype next week. I will keep everyone posted on the developments. Cheers

Update. Sorry Members for the late Update on this but I have finally concluded a very lengthy process looking into this. Summary.

1)We used to have lots of earning and play with Go Wild.

2)We noticed that we were getting no revenue but still had lots of play. For almost a year we have had negatives every month.

3)We have screen shots and specific information that indicates that we should have revenue. We asked for an explanation on how they calculated it. The account manager refused to explain via e-mail as he had gone through this with a previous manager with our company and he understood. I requested the previous e-mails where it was explained but he refused. He also indicated that e-mails weren't efficient. After 6 lengthy e-mails I finally agreed to a skype call under the agreement that he would explain the calculation.

4)We had the call and even though the purpose was to go through calculations the account manager refused to go through the calculations specifics. He said it has been through this and all he would do is explain the their general formula which is pretty standard. He did mention free spins but given the size of the revenue I am confident the free spins can't be the cause of no revenue. He did however suggest that I test his site myself. This was a good suggestion but this seems to indicate that the 6 other players that we have info on their play are all not telling the truth. I am also concerned about adjustments being made for me specifically.

5)I have since received all e-mails from the previous manager and talked with him via skype. I can confirm that the calculations were never explained or understood. There was general talk but a total refusal to address specifics. This combined with the issues we have indicates that something isn't right with this company. I believe that it is an issue associated with the change over of software/program.
If currently do business with these guys or are thinking about doing business with them, I suggest you think twice about doing it. The chances of getting paid for your efforts are very unlikely and they have a definite strategy of dancing around specifics in order to make sure that you never get a real answer on what happened to all your revenue and why every single player has been a negative for 12 months even after they have all provide information showing that there should be revenue.

To me this is obvious. They are hiding something. If they don't want to tell you straight away about their deductions and how the system works they are most probably up to something shady. We have seen this countless of times with other programs.

I know that in the world of affiliate software that issues arise. I always give the benefit of the doubt because mistakes always happen. The straight up refusal to work through the calculations and the false statement that an explanation wouldn't be given because a different issue at a previous date was explained is the red flag for me. After reading through all the e-mails from our previous manager who is a 20 year veteran (helped start the industry) and discussing the issue in detail it looks like the strategy is to say as much as you can without actually explaining anything. Then say that you explained it and that it was clear.
