Hey all,

I was inside my affiliate account the other day grabbing some banners to throw up, when I noticed that my plan had changed. Now I don't send them large amounts of players (strange they have a prime spot) but this rev share program is not even in there t&c.

I have sent several emails and got no reply, just wondering if anyone else has noticed a change?

Seems like our commission with them is still the same as discussed when we signed up with them. We've decided not to market this program any more due to very poor results if compared to our other Microgaming brands. Plus their customer support is not good at all.

We had the same problem with them Matt.

They have been removed and will stay that way. One problem after another with them.

They will respond here or I will pursue it. They are a sponsor program and are required to answer this... especially considering that it looks like a predatory/rogue move on the surface.

Matt as far as your case in concerned, we're looking into it, as it seems to be a glitch of some sort. We're trying to get a fix even during the day. I'll email you on the progress.

Hey George,

I wrote you a few days after you took over and never heard back. None of my affiliate links tracked and you got 4 months of free traffic. My account at that time was "pdjoe".

Also, Mojo is my partner. Not sure what account ID is for her but will find out. She was told that she signed up at a 15% rate and agreed to it lol.

That pretty much sums it up from my end :)

As far as mojo is concerned I can guarantee you that she's not on 15% for quite some time now, however, please accept that I won't disclose information publicly, but i'm sure that you can confirm the truth of the matter. Regarding the traffic, what i can promise and commit to, right here in the open, is to review the case and get in touch with you with updates.

I'll try to enlighten you on the deal George lol.

The default deal at lowest is set at 25%

After signing up an affiliate shouldn't have to work or fight to get the default agreement.

End of the day it doesn't really matter to me. Been around to long to play around.

Joe hi again

Almost every affiliate (website), affiliate manager, casino, casino affiliate program has a different approach on a negotiation. I wasn't playing around nor tried to play you, when i mentioned the "details" of the deal. A rev share could be influenced by a variety of reasons, for example if there's an upfront spend involved, or a monthly lower volume cap involved or the type of deal, etc. At GoWild, we're always willing to listen and be as flexible as possible to satisfy the demands of our affiliates. We're always trying at 100% to get it right and that's why everybody on the team, myself included, is here for, but that's not always possible. But we never stop trying :) .

That's pretty much it, because i don't want to be off-topic on this one.

Do the free games on the home page track? I could not see any tracking ids.

Also I'm somewhat concerned with the number of locked players. I have just a couple players but 3 locked players.

The thing is I just started to phase out some other MG programs to give you more exposure so I need to know straight up if trust is going to be an issue?

Some of the responses here have taken me back a little, the reasons I promoted these guys in the first place was because of the good things I heard (a few blips on the players side that were rectified).

So now when I login it still has the 10% share, if I click under Programs/Register Program there is the deal I was originally on.

I would like to know who changed it, how it was changed and why I was not notified. I could understand a glitch but isn't this a deliberate image-text about a 10% share?

GoWild has changed the website in terms of layout over the past couple of weeks to make it more interactive and appealing based on feedback from all aspects from the market. As far as tracking is concerned, every information about tracking is stored in session in the user's / customer's / player's browser. As long as you use our gowildaffiliates website to download materials, the data will be tracked accordingly. Matt hi,

as i've already committed that this is being looked into and being taken care of. GoWild has been around for quite some time and our reputation as far as affiliates are concerned should speak for itself. Moreover, we're more than open to hearing comments, remarks and we're always trying our best to help out where and when possible and needed. The matter should be resolved within the day and i'll make sure to notify you via email. Unfortunately, i'm sure that pretty much everybody here, has experience with IT related issues and you know, that hardly ever IT teams give exact deadlines, that they keep :)

Hi casinobonusguy,

i'll go with Occam's razor on this one. Usually, the most common reason for not being able to open reports is due to pop-up blocking restrictions on (any) browser. If that doesn't sort the issue out, you can either email me or skype me (gnbarba) to try and figure it out on the spot.

I have the same problem, I use Google Chrome. Since we can't even generate reports for the previous months' traffic we chucked them.

In firefox press and hold the crtl key and click on the report link/button and you will get a new window with your desired report.

I think this is not a big problem.

OK program for me.
