GIG making commission dissapear

October 4th I was due a few hundred in commission for September.

October 5th commission was wiped out by a player who landed late September apparently.

Yesterday (6th) I was due €2700 for October.

Today (7th) I am due €800 for October. With absolutely no trace of why the income dissapeared.

I have been keeping track of my gig stats a few times per day this month as I had a bad feeling about them and lo and behold they have indeed tried to steal my commission.

Anyone else experiencing this from such a supposed trusted group?

Ps looks like they are fine with advertising on uTorrent as Rizk has been number 1 sponsor for the last week or so despite the ASA guidelines.

There is definitely something odd going on here

I checked my October stats on November 2nd - so they should not have changed since then.
My GUTS stats are still the same, but my Rizk NGR has dropped from -€249 to only -€76.
Although this is "in my favour" (doesn't effect anything as it's negative) - the figures surely shouldn't change after the end of the month...?

It was Rizk for me too both months.
Am in contact with them and as you say he confirmed nothing should change after months end.

They're working with Income Access, isn't it? I do not really trust in Income Access to be honest. Income Access always has issues with stats.

Hi Matt

First of all, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, both by email and here.

As we have mentioned to you over email, we have found an issue based on the information that you provided us with, and based on reports that we ran yesterday.
We do see a discrepancy between yesterday's and today's numbers, so naturally we have started a deep investigation.

We believe in being an honest and transparent company, so when this issue was brought to our attention, we started checking everything immediately.

As I write, we have tech personell looking into what might have happened over night, and I hope that this will be solved within a day or two.
Unfortunately, due to this technical issue involving affiliate earnings, payouts might be delayed a little for October earnings, for anyone wondering.

Best regards,

Ah great delays in payments just what i need this month with my fiancee birthday coming up the 15th and i am depending on this payment to make the "cake" Cut.

Also funny enough in terms and conditions it states payments will be made on 5th each month which has never been honoured. I have made them aware of this to no prevail.

But i do like them and trust them just a bit odd i think.

Also insane with strange looking amounts in stats. My payment last month still does not show as paid. And all other paid amounts are not correct most months they put them to have been paid on 2nd-6th really strange. How does you guys look?

To tired to mess around with these now but can try post screen shots. As figures also looks strange sometimes. And why those bonus deductions? The total net revenue is also very low compared to what players deposit.

Yer i agree Income Access has always been one of the worst back-ends (for affiliates), combine that with those complete scumbags at Paysafe who purchased Income Access back in September 2016 is a recipe for disaster...it also seems a little bit of conflict in many ways with Paysafe being able to possibly get their hands on this data between players, casinos, programs and affiliates considering all the things they do relative to this said business.

Fixed for me as well.

Have anyone checked if this has occurred previously as well?

"Hi!

Just wanted to let you know that the issue has now been solved.
The earnings you saw, up until the 7th, has been restored.

Apparently, when Income Access had to do a re-import of stats, due to another issue (unrelated), 8 days of data didn't get re-imported.
As mentioned, this is now solved again.

Thanks for your patience and help, and earnings for October will start being processed tomorrow, but will most likely be delayed a day or two, before reaching your account.

Best regards,
Jacob"

Thanks.

I wonder what would have been (not) happened if you didn't mention them. Same thing or the past: how many time this would have happened already?
