Just saw this email:
"Dear Partner,
We wish to inform you that on the 16th April 2020, Gaming Innovation Group p.l.c. (“GIG”) has concluded and finalised the sale of all the shares it previously held in one of its subsidiaries, Zecure Gaming Limited (“Zecure Gaming”), to Betsson Perch Investments AB (“Betsson”).
The following entities are subsidiaries of Zecure Gaming, which therefore also have their beneficial ownership and control changed:
Zecure Gaming and the Subsidiaries are therefore no longer subsidiaries of or controlled in any way by GIG.
Any invoices (if applicable) and all affiliate commissions shall only be due and payable by Mavrix Services Limited under the responsibility of GiG, until the 15th April 2020.
As from the 16th April 2020, any such invoices and affiliate commissions, whilst continuing to be paid by Mavrix Services Limited, this shall be done under the full responsibility of Betsson.
Please note that no further action is needed from your end in this regard.
Furthermore, our counterparts at Betsson, who going forward shall be handling all agreements entered into between yourselves and Zecure Gaming or any of the Subsidiaries, shall be in touch with you to discuss these matters further.
