Gig affiliates netrefer net revenue issue

Anyone experiencing any problems with GIG Affiliates and the netrefer stats? last week i encountered the following; at the opening (default screens stats) daily, weekly, montly, custom view.

Earnings 66 (somewhat euro) so i started to run my advanced reports (with player activity) and some others to double check.

Player signed up on 12-05-2018
Player starts playing on 13-05-2018 calculated netref (265 somewhat euro)
Player plays on 14-05-2018 calculated netrev (1882 somewhat euro)
Player plays on 16-05-2018 calculated netrev (145 somewhat euro)
Player plays on 18-05-2018 calculated netrev (359 somewhat euro)
Total netrev (2587 somewhat euro)

Only the first day of playing is calculated as netrev (265 somewhat euro)
after that no front end calculated commissions.

I already addressed this a couple days ago to Jacob and, after he runned 3 different reports he adressed the issue with netrefer.

After 16-05-2018 no responses anymore to my e-mail asking him there was some news front the netref front....

Im not accusing GIG of anything, but i just wanted to address this to you guys and asking any of you are experiencing the same thing. I don't want to miss out on my commissions.

They've opened a new office AKA GIG Beach.

You probably will find a lot of missing commissions and great bonus costs at their aff. accounts these days ;-)

GiG uses IA for Rizk,Betspin and Guts. Netrefer for Highroller,thrills,superlenny and kaboo.

When i start to think about it , there has been quite a few issues with GIG on both platforms. At one time , all of the stats on our IA account was messed up so we got a weird % of the total netrevenue. That was fixed as we made a notice about it.

Just about over a month ago , one days full of stats was missing for about 15 days before it was fixed. Was told it was a issue with netrefer. It was fixed as we made a notice.

Last month they had a wide problem at the netrefer where the brand figures report gave a 2 x the total netrevenue in numbers so it was double the real netrevenue.

This month , when we pull reports for monthly figures , brand figures and daily report from 1st of May to 22nd of May , we get a different total deposits sum for each report as they would have to be the same So with GiG , we started to be really hands on with the stats on a daily basis. Shame , they have good brands.

What Agentti said, the do business with NetRefer and Income Access. It feels kinda good that i am not the only one! with that said we also download our reports daily to keep track of everything. Shame that we need to do this, i love the brands and are good to promote high conversion etc.

Great brands and great people working, but the program has 1) very high fees and 2) always issues with stats.

Looks like Netref problems are over. The front end of the statics started to count up the commissions and netref. Hope it keeps up this way.
