I live in Australia and I got the following messages from both Chomp & Sapphire:

Chomp Casino is currently unavailable to play in your region.
Sapphire Rooms is currently unavailable to play in your region.

Clearly USA is not the only Country excluded

Why Australia is banned, when, other Gibraltar casinos et al accepts Aussies, defys logic. I would be interest to know why?

Thank you for your interest and kind questions At the moment, we only accept players from the United Kingdom. But soon we will be accepting players from other countries.


The processing fee depends on the method of deposit chosen by the player. ID checking fee also varies depending on the BDD results.


At the moment, we don’t have any royalties to be paid on the games. But in future if we incorporate games from other providers, this factor will be added and thus we have mentioned it in the terms and conditions.

Thanks for the reply. However can you give me a breakdown of the following, please:

• Corresponding percentage (%) fee applicable to each & every deposit method available to players at Chump and Sapphire Casinos.

Not sure what BDD means, can you give me the non-abreviated version?

• Can you also supply the ID checking fee for each applicable scenario?

For the record, I'm not trying to be difficult. However I need to know exactly what fees are deducted from GGR. Otherwise the commission value could be far less in real % value, than is stated on site. Basically I like to know what's what before promoting any casino.
