Hello AGD community,

Today we present you the real revenue share audit report for Genesis Affiliates.

They have 9 casino brands: Spinit, Casino Joy, Casino Cruise, Spela, Genesis Casino, Sloty, Pelaa, Vegas Hero, Casino Gods.

We deposited GBP 10 via Skrill at Genesis Casino and took the welcome bonus:

We started playing some slots:

We lost all the funds and checked the statistics:

For the deposit of GBP 10 (EUR 10.95), the Net Gaming Revenue was EUR 7.27.
Our commission should be 45% of the Net Revenue which should be EUR 3.27.

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 7.27/10.95 = 66.39 %.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g.:
  • 25% = 16.60 %
  • 30% = 19.92 %
  • 35% = 23.24 %
  • 40% = 26.56 %
  • 45% = 29.88 %

Without blowing smoke up anyone's backside, these audits are excellent. Aside from a handful of programs such as Deckmedia, SuperiorShare, sorry if I've left anyone else out, the rest aren't phased in advertising inflated affiliate commissions.

Frankly, how many times has a program come here, painted a pretty-picture of their program, yet when it comes to supplying us with GGR deductions, that's when they either go silent or they became evasive, and refuse to be 100% transparent with said deductions. Always some excuse.

Being presented with bona fide data, means affiliates have the power to decide if it's worth promoting a program or not.

Deck ad Superior are USA focused.

Between UK focused programs, from what i see only Trada are with 100, the rest are below 80. From UK ones 66% is actually above the average. (For sure compared to VS and Cameon disaster)

The added kick in the stones is that they cross promote your rev share players after one month to their other brands without the tag. That's the whole company strategy.
Do you have any evidence for this? I've just spoken to my affiliate manager and she assures me that any cross-promoted players are tagged to the original affiliate.

I've been promoting them heavily for the past 18 months and I must say their conversion and retention rates are excellent.

@pinkytoe - what evidence do you have to back up this statement? Its a very serious accusation

I don't have any hard evidence other than the word from a close peer in the industry who caught them at it by running their own test accounts. On reflection, perhaps this is not strong enough for my accusation and more reliant on my trust in that peer.

Apologies about that. I'm happy to withdraw my accusation as I can't present the evidence. I do 100% trust the word of that peer still.

I know being a small affiliate I would be set at 25% which would end up being 16.60 % so I think I'll pass. not worth it for me.
They look like good casinos. I have to check out their wagering requirements on bonuses and cashout limits to maybe reconsider.

Would be interesting to see if the real revenue share is higher when a higher amount is deposited. Maybe they just deduct a fixed sum like 3.5€ per deposit to cover their banking costs?

I have to retract my statement above. What a disappointment! From a great start 18 months ago to a dismal performance over the past 3 months despite me sending them an average of 10 NDP's per month.

We had an account with them that was locked. We tried to find out why the account was locked
but nobody would ever respond to any of our requests... so we ended up banishing them from our sites.
