Does anyone of you work with these guys? Not saying anything is wrong here and I'm likely just having bad luck while my players are super lucky, but I can't help feel something seems off.

I'm bringing in shitloads of players and FTD's to this program although its cooled down a bit lately. Despite this I haven't made a single cent and my players just keep winning. Was up at the beginning of this month and it looked decent but not amazing. Now however it's dropped again towards the end of the month.

On top of this, the aff manager refuses to discuss a CPA deal and I'm starting to feel like I'm bringing in players and giving them all the promotion for free.

Should I just drop them and move on?

It's a White Hat Gaming white label. That means that it's casino #33 or something with the same average product. If it's not generating any revenue, than better drop them and move on.

Manager didn't even bother to respond to me when I explained that my only option was to move on. As long as I was brining in numbers and being a good boy, all was fine, but as soon as I question something...cold hand.

Aff managers like that burn their bridges. Next time when he/she turns up with another brand I might not be willing to deal.

That's also typical white label affiliate management. Interested just in clicks to waste and in FTD's to waste. If you have any other question, like about their poor retention or crappy terms, nobody's at home. No matter if we're talking about White Hat, Nektan, Progress Play or Aspire Global.

I call White Label Casinos a 'Poor Man's Casino', for very good reason. The majority are operating on a shoe-string-budget, and worse, they have little to no experience in operating a casino, much less, running an ethical affiliate program.

Save yourself the frustration, tears and loss of income, by giving White Labels a miss in future.

Yep. Some providers are offering a white label for € 8k. Imagine someone starting a casino with just € 8k in the pocket.

There are many brands operating white labels professionally and successfully, so we probably shouldn't generalise. I met Gate777 people in LAC this year and we have promoted Gate777 since they launched on Bojoko and everything has worked well so far.

They are now well overdue with payments for June earnings. Apparently because of AAC. Its my first payment from them so we'll see what happens.

Max. a few indeed.

Gate 777 doesn't seem to be among them. If you can't make payments on time because you're on a conference... Doesn't sound very professional.

I agree. Delay of payment because of a conference is a bad excuse. They attend the conference to show off their program yet it causes them to stall payments. Nice paradox. This is my first commission from them so not a great first experience.
