Fruity Affiliates Not Responding for Over two Months!

I have been promoting FruityCasa For about three months. My Affiliate manager was fine in the begining, answering all my question and helping me with promotian materials. I got a complaint from a player that their Bonus terms were the worst he had ever seen and that it was upmost unfair. I tried getting a response from My affiliate manager, but unfortunately he did not answer despite several attempts. I tried to contact him again, suddenly he responded, after Two months!

And he did not have a reason! I was mad and shocked about the whole situation.

How shall affiliates react about suff like this?

Hi Hyppere,

First of all, let me start by explaining the situation. You contacted me with a question indeed. When you contacted me I had a couple of days off. After I came back to work, I started to reply all my mails and skype conversations. Somehow yours slipped by and I forgot about it. That was my mistake entirely and I apologized for that to you. We are all human, so we all make mistakes. And like you said in the beginning of your post, I always answered you and helped you.

However, there were not several attempts to getting a response. The only attempt was after 2 months and I responded.
You then told me that our bonus terms were the worst and disgusting. So I asked you what exactly the problem was you had with our bonus terms and you said:
"You cant withdraw more than you deposit after finishing wagering?"

I told you that this is not the case and that players can withdraw more than they have deposited if they have met the wagering requirements and that we have a withdrawal limit of 10K per week.

I also asked you which player this happend to, so we could dig in to this player's case and make sure everything was right. And if it wasn't we would be able to make it right. Never got a reaction on this question. Instead, you blocked me on skype.

I really understand that you were mad about it and once again I apologize to you. I still hope that we can fix this whole situation.

Please dont imply that im lying. You messed up badly, and should be apologising and giving me a good explanation, you had over two months of time replying back to my questions. Wasnt over two months enough time for you?

And please drop that cocky attitude, that is one of the reasons why i deleted all materials belonging to Fruity Casa, I dont leave players i have worked hard for that easy, but in this case i did, Reflect over this and think. That was the reason why i terminated our contract with immediate effect.

It still doesnt seem like you have learned from your mistake. I tried to contact you several times, when you logged on Skype, You totally ignored me. You had over two months of time responding back to me! Please give me an explanation why you didnt answer me? One of your excuses was: "I had a week off" Even still i gave you over two months responding.

This is really not a way an affiliate manager should behave, I would not recommend any other affiliate to promote Fruity Casa Casino. What youre doing is highly unproffesional. I hope you see the importance in answering affiliates and not ignoring them blindly.

Ehmm where is he showing a cocky attitude?? I feel he is really apologizing here and also trying to help. He also explained why there was not contact again until you chased them up again after 2 months.

Just my few cents no need for taking it up like this in forum maybe in a bit more polite way than calling someone cocky.

Also in regards to Skype. There are lot of messages that goes missing and if a person is logged in or out. I have that happen all the time where someone ask me did you not get my message on skype etc.

Yes I did make a mistake. Your message slipped by me and I totally forgot about it. I got reminded when you contacted me again after 2 months and when you did I responded!
I most definitely see the importance of answering affiliates. And not just answering, also helping, meeting, listening and everything me and affiliates can do together to make the best and the most of our partnership.

Still, I really want to help your player out. Please tell me which player it is (PM me de details), and give me the chance to make it up to you and your player.

Im done with Fruity Affiliates, they have proved that they're not worth promoting.

There are a lot of other great programs with top notch affiliate managers who is doing their best, and working hard. I'll rather use my energy on promoting their brands, at least they give a damn.

The only reason they're acting like they care on AGD is because they're exposed, and dont want to look bad in front of other affiliates. I couldnt get any response when i contacted him on Skype privately.

Fruity affiliates are a good program with good managers.

When affiliates claimed Affactive had scammed them, with a CPA deals, you stood by a similar statement for months. And we ALL know what happed to Affactive.
I'm not saying Fruity are in the same class/boat.

However bias is rearing its head again, when in fact, no one other than the OP (hyppere) and the Fruity Rep Maikel, are privvy to what's been said or done.

If you want to run professional forum agenda great...
But taking sides and holding bias, when it's clearly one person's word against another, IMO it's not a fair stance... just sayin!

It could also be said, @Bet4You that all the affiliates I have talked to have the opposing results with Fruity Affiliates. It's not bias (or however you would like to portray it)... it is based upon a consensus. It doesn't mean things cannot go south, as you like to put it, but it is not biased at all.
