I'm selling a relatively new website which I've established and put a lot of time into it, I've spent around £500 on content along with my own articles so it does have a good foundation to be taken to the next level. Domain is really good, it ranks for the term "Freebie Bet" which is a positive sign due to how new it is and likelihood of getting good exposure for "free bets" if scaled properly and focused (I've used a scattergun approach with slots, casinos and bets).
I don't run Analytics on the site as it was a pet project for loading speed, I do have search console which is showing positive signs.

Keywords ranked for - relatively new site and all keywords, please note that the position shown is average position over the last 90 days, most of them are much higher than stated.
Additional information
This may not be suitable for a novice webmaster, the site is hosted with Digital Ocean, Ubuntu server which is not managed. I'm willing to give you access to my Digital Ocean account for you to transfer into your name, then you can migrate the site or keep it hosted there. If you're comfortable moving the site or know someone to do it for you then this may be for you.
Website is hosted on WordPress using Flytonic theme.
No buy it now, not looking for a silly price, make an offer and if I'm happy with it then will accept.
