If you have opted in for player signup emails you have been given a source a valuable info as soon as a player made a first deposit. You can now check the stats and find out if the player is still there.............

It is time consuming but easy to do and it will cost you nothing !!

Yes good idea, maybe some have saved such e-mails.
I will save mine now and go then check after a while if I still find that player in my stats somewhere,

I stopped getting those emails and nobody knows why.
Unless it is my yahoo email, although I do get the new games and promo changes. I used to get them to yahoo email, but yahoo has done some changes so who knows.

Anyone using yahoo email and still getting them?

Also can anyone use the calendars on rivals? Mine don't work on some Rivals.
There is a javascript error I get when viewing reports. Not on Affiliatewide though.

I'm bumping this as Rival is looking into it.
However, Rival needs more info, so come on folks help me out here.

1: does anyone get the little yellow icon on the bottom left of IE when looking at these Rival program stats? (400G, Pantasia, Sloto, Lion).

2: Can anyone use the popup date range calendars under reports in these programs? The only program that doesn't report the javascript error and thus works correctly is Affiliatewide, that is the calendars work.

3: I assume everyone is still getting the monthly stats via email?

Any responses would be appreciated.

No, and I'm using IE8 or Firefox

The pop-up calendar does not work in the programs you mentioned above but it also does not report the javascript error that you refer to either...

but the pop-up calendar does work in these programs:

AffiliateWide
Regal Affiliates
Fortune Reel
Superior Share
Spintime Partners
Play Dosh
First Gaming
Club Vegas Affiliates

The rest I checked it did not work in. Must be somein that each program is activating or not...

Yea, I get the weekly and monthly reports

Have you tried downloading the latest version of Java?

I've been getting the calendar problem for about a month now. Rival has always been slow to fix stuff, BTW. Even when their partners (i.e., licensees) are asking for something simple.

As a matter of fact the other night while making some pages for flash games I was just promoted that new version of Java was released. So I did update it.

The script error is only under the reporting tab.

I could enter the date range worst case.

I spent a few years writing javscript code so any errors kinda irk me.

not getting the emails is most likely Yahoo, they changed some things.

but thanks for all the replies, at least I know it is not my machine.
