This does sound like a desperate sales pitch. Since you changed software it has really been downhill with you guys. I never understood why you made that choice. I was a happy player with you and made lots of deposits.
On other hand there was LOTS of problems with you first many months with your cashback promotions and other promotion you were doing. I was one of them posting a lot at Casinomeister. Also defending you as much I could but had to give up after a while. In all respect you did get it fixed in end. But remember you removed it later on.

In all due respect this seems like a desperate way of winning over old players to come back and deposit or try get new customers in who would never join because of software you are running now. I stopped all promoting of you guys after that chance. As I could only see it as an all downhill operation.

I am not sure if your new brilliant idea is a step up or maybe just final step before doom? Please don't take my comments to harsh. :p

Also I don't like the way you are in my eyes "spamming" this thread. You already posted elsewhere why not keep it there in all due respect??

Just some explanation I am sure you know these rules?? I know these might not be in same effect at AGD but would assume so...

"cross posting"
. In other words, do not post the same message to more than one thread or topic section.

"hijack threads." If you have something to say - say it, but please respect the other members by keeping threads "on track". If you have an issue that needs addressing, then please start another thread. Hijacking threads for your own agenda is not only rude, it is troll-like

Thanks for your comments.. I understand your reason for concern. It was a pure business decision to change our software and as you mentioned in your last post we now have Microgaming and various other providers in one package;).

Although my comments about our new cashback program might have come across as "troll" like, please understand it was never my intention to high jack this thread. Our new cashback program in fact does address one of the biggest problems that players have these days and relates to wagering requirements and laborious terms and conditions (which is one of the main discussion points of this thread).

The purpose of this post is in no way a desperate attempt of trying to win over players but rather an attempt to highlight and educate to members of this forum that our website has hopefully solved the problem of wagering requirements in order to withdraw and complicated bonus terms and conditions. I admit it is sales/marketing and a little bit spammy but Its something we believe that affiliates should be aware of and we felt it necessary to post about in this thread.

Obviously time will tell whether our cashpay program tackles this problem. So far the feedback from players has been very positive and i invite affiliates and members of this forum to review our program and provide feedback if possible.

The reason I posted this was that a player at our forum played the first deposit bonus and didn't clear the full wagering requirements.
He played his account to zero balance which would normally mean zeroing the WR as well.
He then made a fresh deposit of 100€ and part of that deposited CASH from his own pocket went to bonus balance.
Reason for this was that he still had playthrough left from his first deposit bonus.
Which means they applied wagering carryover to his account. And pointed out that part of T&C to this particular player.
This is what he was told.
Thanks for the clarification.

So the term is STILL very badly written because that message is not clear at all.
Very bad news for players - and bad news for the FL casinos too; As soon as players realise this WR carries over they will simply leave and go play somewhere else instead.
I remember Intercasino introduced this policy about 6-7 years ago when they were the Number One casino on the net... where are they now? :(

Really? I do not recall this. Do they still have this term now?

Ok after reading the entire thread I understand that Wintingo was not intending to hijack the thread but it is not appropriate in this thread. I am going to ask that we get back on track with the original post here and talk about just that. Wintingo please open a new thread about your new improvements so we can get this thread back on track.

This term is downright terrible! as a player I would NEVER play at any casino that has this term. I don't heavily promote FL because I've made next to nothing, and with terms like that I will be taking them off my site completely.

Hi All,

Sorry for the very delayed response, but I would like to point out that this term was updated in our Terms and Conditions last week, and is now as follows:

"Once you have met your wagering requirements, all subsequent deposits will be added to your Cash balance. If, prior to meeting your full wagering requirements, your account balance drops below 5 casino credits and provided there are no bets in play at the time, then your wagering requirements will be considered to be met. By example, bets in play may include any un-played free spins waiting on a slot machine, or a bet waiting to complete on a blackjack table."

We at Fortune Affiliates apologize for any confusion this has caused you guys. Your engagement and feedback on the forum, is not only appreciated but also taken into account.

Best Regards,
Fortune Affiliates
