Still no response from my AM or from the main FA support email. It's near the end of the day in South Africa, so they have had plenty of time to read my email and see the alert sent by AGD 22 hours ago. I sent Wayne an email and a skype message just now. He was my AM for many years (and a good one, too) -- I hope he still works there.

Edited: I received a response from Wayne while I was writing this. Hopefully he can get this resolved very soon.
