What is the current census on this affiliate program? Omni is doubtlessly a decent casino brand but what are your experiences with conversion and retention at this place?

When Elliot was the AM at Omni it was the best Playtech to promote by far, no experience promoting Fly Casino as the name in itself is just plain stupid. Well these days its sad to say Omni conversions has gone to the doggies & payments each month (if you get one) get later & later. So a pattern is starting to show......... oh well just another day in affiliate paradise

Onmi is one of the very few Playtech casinos which visitors to my sites actually want to play at.
(Conversions at most others are worse than crap).
Only average about $50/month - but that's a lot better than most other Playtechs!

Been promoting Fly Casino since August 2013: TOTAL earnings to date.... $00.00 precisely!

I used to love this group, they had the best Playtech casinos you could promote with none of the rubbish T&C's most of the others have.

I still have players playing there atm and a few sign ups now and then, but the problem is the payments. I don't know whats happened over at Focalclick but before, once you made a withdrawal it was paid the next day or at the most 48 hours later. Now its sporadic, I made a withdrawal for my earnings on the 5th of March and they still have not been paid 13 days later. Sending emails to the team or to Elliott got answered within 24 hours, but these days I struggle to even get a reply.

Shame as they were one of the fastest paying and responsive affiliate programs.

Yer same thoughts exactly on payments & unanswered questions = problems IMHO, slowly but surely things aren’t what they were when Elliot was around about a year ago. The AM at Focal Click Adam is not new to the business having worked for Affiliates United, William Hill in Israel i believe. So it’s anyone’s guess what the deal is but something is not feeling right about Focal Click at the moment.

Is Focalclick now also being operated out of Israel? If so, I would not be surprised if there are ties to other (Playtech) groups. I doubt that a smaller brand such as Omni would be doing business alone these days. Of course this is plain speculation.

Other than that it would be going seing them in this forum again. Last but not least they are a certified program.

They probably have been operating out of Israel for some time but they never advertised it that much for the obvious reasons.....its just now they have become noticed for several reasons. So yes same same owners possibly so i suppose we know what equals about all Playtech operators. Possibly even Fly Casino was converting but just not on your account KK

Hi All,

Couple points to address:

We are not based out of Israel.

Payments by no means slowed down. The only change, which was communicated to our affiliates is: We only pay wires twice a month now. The 12th and 24th (If I’m not mistaken). All other methods are typically paid within 24-48 hours (most times quicker than that). This month we did have a slight issue with Neteller where we had to fund our account. This happens from time, but wires typically only take 3-5 days to hit our neteller account.

I will be reaching out to payments however and making sure that there are no future delays.

Regarding Elliott leaving- It had nothing to do with “him seeing the writing on the wall” I can assure you. Elliott is a great guy whom I still call a friend. Our company continues to grow and grow. We continue to add new markets, new products, etc.

Lastly I just checked “pending affiliate payments”, we only have a handful pending. Neteller (which is explained above), and a couple of wires.

One thing I would like to make clear, we pride ourselves on fast payments, we understand how important this is for our partners. I don't like waiting for my paycheque, and we understand you don't/shouldn't have to wait either. Ill make sure there aren’t any wrinkles.
