That's the funniest chat conversation I've ever seen lol The support don't know anything about the casino they are working for? haha That's crazy stuff. I don't think a casino like this would be in business for very long. Imagine being an affiliate and having a problem with your account, who would you talk to about it? :p

It sounds like a Russian outfit to me-if so avoid at all costs! If this casino's support staff can't even answer straightforward questions how on earth can they give their customers proper service.

Just had a look at their website and this is what I picked up. Even if they offer an affiliate program we'll never promote them.

Herewith my reasons:

1. Have a look at the logos at the footer of this website, especially the iTech Labs and the one where it's suppose to be licensed. They're not linked.
2. The wagering requirements for the bonus offer is 40xb amount! (steep indeed).
3. An "About Us" is not displayed.

The people running the affiliate program (I have not finalized our deal) seem to be quite fluent in their language, etc. Very helpful on Skype, etc. I'll point him to this thread to see if he can clarify things for you guys.

Hi guys

Just wanted to drop in here and let you know that we have started working with Fire Brand Affiliates for the past 3 months now. They seem a pretty decent outfit ie. payments on time, their AM Samantha is always available on IM and email, fresh supply of creatives and their conversion is not the worst.

I also noticed that they are active here and on GPWA so I guess they are heading in the right direction.

I'm not surprised. You probably DO have an account. They created one for me without my permission, in the last few days. Pissed off doesn't quite cover it.

Firebrand Affiliates

Hello,
I worked for Firebrand Affiliates for awhile, I did lots of work for them and sent them players - but they just went direct to the first affiliate I recruited for them, and then never even paid me for any of the work I did delivering players for them.
I shall let you guys know if this situation changes with Firebrand Affiliates.

That does NOT sound very good.

I got acquainted with them via a bunch of no deposit codes for for free spins. While I enjoy the free games, it is troubling when anyone says their players have been shaved.
