FastTrack down for more than 24h

FastTrack seems to be down for the last 30h or so. I get this message when trying to log in: "We are currently experiencing system difficulties, we will be back online as soon as it is resolved.".

Can anyone check if their website works?

The back end for Raging Bull and Grand Fortune is down, but the Malibu Club back end is up. Hopefully they get it fixed soon, because like you said, it has been well over 24 hours it has been down now.

The main sites work "player sites" does this mean clicks are not being tracked?

I don't know but Raging Bull and Grand Fortune are still not working. I've clicked on my links and I got redirected to the casino but ...

Yes he is.
Met him at LAC last month.

Asked Jason about the affy programs being down, and he said "they are working on it".
I don't think it's anything to worry about and everyone's stats should be OK - but it is bloody frustrating that it's the beginning of the month :(

If the website is still down tomorrow, I'm seriously thinking to take down their links until they solve the problem :(

I just spoke with Jason on Skype again - says they HOPE to get it sorted by tomorrow.
I'm sure everything will be 100% fine in the end - but it is incredibly frustrating for it to be down for so long at a VERY inconvenient time of the month.

Hi all, it looks like we have managed to repair the technical difficulties we were experiencing on our site and we are in the process of doing extensive testing to ensure that all is in order. We apologise for the inconvenience it has caused and we will be up and running very shortly

The site was up briefly yesterday in a test environment and while testing we came across a few issues that we were not entirely satisfied with so took it down again. However, we are satisfied that we are making good progress and the site should be up in the very near future.

Unfortunately, this is not an ideal situation but we can confidently assure you that we are doing everything in our power to have this back up and running as soon as possible.

In addition, there is nothing to be concerned about and I can guarantee that all payments will be made in the ordinary course of business as soon as we have fixed the issue.

Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Links tracking are the least of my worries (I'm 100% sure that they are).
I don't want to stir up sh*t as Fast Track were my BEST program last year, but does anyone REALLY believe this is a "technical issue" which has kept the affy site down for a WEEK?
They use the standard RTG back-end - and all the other RTG operator's systems are still up.
A few days..? OK maybe.
But now I am starting to get really worried that this is something much bigger than link tracking... :(

Two years ago Fast Track were running Sunset Slots - the BEST performing Rival casino on my sites. Then they suddenly switched it to Top Game & sold it! I'm just praying history doesn't repeat itself...

A day or two before they went down they changed the affiliate sign in screen.. it was a pink colour for both logins only user and pass were not working on any of them... then the old login screens came back but this time with a new button.. worked well.. then after it all goes down, So I think that it may have something to do with it "Hoping".
