It's true. Support calculates manually the sum of last deposits (without bonuses used) and credits 25% of this amount back to customer's account once wagering is complete, the player can withdraw the winnings

Topgame is being updated daily until the API issue is resolved. Data currently completely up to date for May.

Unfortunately there's nothing we could do about this issue. Topgame changed their back office and the API used to get data to the Affiliate system without notice.

The new API is ready, however it's taking longer to intergrate than expected as it's not the same as the old one.

We expect it to be finished any day now. But for now it's daily updates rather than ever 1-2 hours.
