Euro Partners has changed their T&Cs for new affiliates registering after July 1. The new T&Cs are more predatory than before.

Minimum Activity Qualification. Your Revenue Commission will decrease to a rate of 12.5% following a 3 month period of affiliate inactivity, during which time no players have been referred.

In other words -- if they don't convert your traffic to depositing players, or if you decide to promote some other group for a while, no worries -- they will simply steal your residual income to make up for it!

Additionally, for new affiliates:

Processing Fees. Processing fees of 4% are applicable on all Players’ Deposits and Withdrawals, and will be deducted from the calculations of your Revenue Commission.

Translation:

25% = 24%
30% = 28.8%
35% = 33.6%

Lastly, for all affiliates, old and new:

Players referred from the following countries will be excluded from CPA revenue deals: Italy, Netherlands, Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus, India, Bolivia, Latvia, Costa Rica, Lithuania, Dominican Republic, Moldova, Ecuador, Nigeria, El Salvador, Pakistan, Panama, Peru and Brazil.

If you are on a CPA plan, and if you refer players from those countries, it isn't clear whether those players are simply stolen from you or whether they are tracked to a separate rev-share plan instead of your default CPA plan.

Bottom line: New affiliates should avoid Euro Partners, and existing CPA affiliates should ask for clarification about the tracking of players from the countries above.

I'm so glad I read this. I was actually going to start putting them up on my new websites based on good recommendations.

How can any casino believe that these new predatory changes will generate business? LOL Completely ridiculous! I'm sticking with fortune affiliates.

Hi All,

A heads up...considering EP is such a stellar affiliate program

EuroPartners have been associated to the now defunct CPays and have also been connected to CasinoBlasters. The founder of EP 2002 - 2006 left - not sure if he still remains as a private investor.

However he now operates the white label EuroPalaceCasino.com and is connected with WinGateAffiliates also.

Cheers

:)

T&Cs on EP

Hi All,

Just wanted to jump in here in regards to the changes to the T&Cs at EP.

These changes in no way affects any Affiliates who have signed up before July 1, 2011. These changes are just for affiliates who have signed up after July 1, 2011 and have recieved a default deal.

All deals can and should be negotiated through your affiliate manager. Please speak with your affiliate manager if you have any questions or would like to change your deal structure.

Best

Bonustreak has a good point.

Robin, why would your program implement such predatory T&Cs for new affiliates?

As someone else said recently in another thread, today's acorn is tomorrow's giant oak.

Most programs want to attract new affiliates. But based on your updated T&Cs, it seems like this is not the case.

Good luck with that approach. Today's giant oaks won't last forever. They will die off, or some up-and-coming oaks will knock them out of the way on their way to the top (of the serps). Someday you will need some small, growing oaks if you want to stay in business.

Most of us already know this - but thanks for reminding us. Its always good to refresh our minds with the good bad and ugly.

They are pretty bad - and most affiliates know it!

I think also GPWA is paid by this CROOKS of Euro Partners , because there happens soo much in the last time and they are still listed as "Platium sponsors" at GPWA

You know saying...if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it most probably is a duck!

I'd also like to add as a heads up. The founder and CEO of Europartners (2002 - 2006) now owns the white label Euro Palace Casino.

It seems that more and more programs have practice to decrease your commission if you don't actively promote them like bettingpartners (drop to 10% if you reffer less than 3 RMP / 3 months), bwinpartypartners (drop to 15% if no new players), affutd (12,5%) and I a sure that there are others.

Hello,

i think one problem is high fluctuation of affiliate managers in the casino industry. The other problem is the overloaded internet. More and more casinos, more and more spam from webmasters.

My email box is full of casino spam garbage every day!

Casino affiliate companies should fight more against spam of their webmasters. If i reiceive every day 10 spam emails from Casino X, then i will be angry and never play there.

have the worst experience with this affiliate program. If you see other webmasters promoting them it is probably some advanced pay deal.

Leopold, they make big money from spammers. All casino in they T&C say, that they have "Zero Tolerance Spam Politic" but in reality they try to close eyes for spam. This is no problem for affiliate program to detect spam-affiliate. But as we see, amount of spam letters is not reduced.

Hello Moonlight Cat,

in the last 10 days (don't looked closer but it's always the same pattern) my family received over 60 casino spam emails from more then 40 different brands of many well know sponsors.

These are the results only from today (Weekend (!)), only ONE email account checked, and it's early afternoon now here in Germany. The day is not over.

-Casino Kingdom from Rewards Affiliates
-Play Million from Play Million Partners
-Casino Club from Affiliate Club
-City Tower from AffEurope
-Lucky247 from To Play Affiliates
-AllSlots from Bright Share
-Scratch-and-win (Criminal hoax site)

We receive or received from a lot of sponsors spam, from A-Z ... Affiliate Club, Bright Share, Club Gold Partners ...... and of course from Europartners Brands too.

But it's over for me since some time to look into it. I notice the facts, then delete spam, don't read it in full and don't act anylonger, because i was taken for an idiot in the past in another forum for some serious spam issues, and now i don't fight anylonger against spam because putting it bluntly, tilting at windmills will be poor consolation.

We receive not more spam from Europartners brands than from other brands. Most spam we receive from the Affiliate Club. Every 4 days (!) since two weeks the same email, but not from an affiliate, directly from the company!

You are right. Everybody is talking about spam and that he is fighting against spam. But if you realize the reality of the industry, then the only way is to ignore it, delete it and invest the time in better things, e.g. terms, laws or helping people. If i have time, then i create a satirical banner like i did for WinnerAffiliates in GPWA for a spam issue. But not more. I don't want to waste my lifetime for tilting at windmills.

I know the industry from the very 1st days in 1997. It's a hypocritical world with many two-faced, with censorship and purchased people, and this will never change. Education is one more problem. If there is a starter in a forum, everyone is telling him, that he will make good money and all will be fine.

But the cake will be smaller not bigger if i look e.g. to Europe. The same cake must be shared with more and more webmasters and affiliate programs. It's simple math, that it can't work for everybody. And there is no way around: There are still only 10 places at Google that pays, sometimes 20. But if 1000 websites tries with the same keywords to enter these 20 places, then you need no math teacher to ask: "Is earth flat or a sphere?"

After 16 years in the industry i learned that little things like friendliness, politeness, attentiveness, commitment, willingness to help and integrity can make my day.

The most funny thing is, that i can't report other then the fact that my family have had never a problem with Europartners since many years. For this i receive a lot of hostility, sometimes on the lowest level with insults and a lot of hearsay. I can't change the truth, that is valid for my family only because other people don't want to accept it.

A forum should not be a madhouse.

Best wishes from Germany

Leopold
