Euro Partners Refuses to Pay

So Euro Partners is refusing to pay us yet again.

We were recently asked to send them identification and a proof of address which we did.

Then they said they needed a long 28 page or so agreement signed which was highly predatory. Among other things it "offered" a much lower commission rate, gave them the right to change payout rates on only a couple of days notice, it excluded about 10 countries from the agreement (Some fairly important ones) and overall was just highly predatory. From their stats you can not even know where your players are from, and who knows what then motivated these countries to be "excluded" from our agreement. I mean is that where all the players already sent are from? We do not know, but they would.

I pointed out if they wanted to sign an actual formal written agreement, that was okay as long as it reflected the agreement we already had with them, and what they sent would thus require modification so it could sync with all of the various agreements we already had with them. They said no changes, we must sign it as is to keep working with them. We then replied since our current agreement with them (and there is no compelling reason why a new agreement is even needed really) has in it a fixed and permanent commission rate and no affiliate is ever seriously going to take a vastly lower commission rate on players they have already sent. In any case I pointed out our payment was for commissions earned before they brought up any of these points about a "new agreement" being needed, so it was due regardless and we expected payment and if they truly felt the need to resume these discussions about a "new agreement" we could once payment was made to us for what we were already owed.

Needless to say they have not paid us so am posting here.

Euro Partners needs to honour its agreements and quit making up excuses to not pay! Otherwise endless excuses, become constructive default and non payment.

This is what happens when one ignores ALL the warnings.Countless instances of affiliates being shafted by this shit-hole Europartners...What does it take for people to listen/learn from others who have been burnt :rolleyes:

Arguing with these low life scum is useless...

To get your money... follow this guide (will only work if your site is sending enough traffic):
  • Advise EP your pulling their banners/links;
  • Your AM will desperately try to stop this happening.
  • You reply, when you pay me, banners/links will go back up.
  • Your AM will keep bugging you to reinstate banners/links;
  • Don't. Say pay me what's owed, and I'll only reinstate banners/links when I'm paid.
  • Give it a couple of weeks and EP will likely pay you...
What you do after that time, is your own business.

Seems these problems with Europartners really never end. Since years different people report payment problems with EP.

For us it worked fine at the end with the payments but we have stopped working with them because of some other reasons.

Not sure who is your account manager, in our case Mariya was always helpful but we also had a lot of payment problems and delays.

The best advice is to follow what Dave said and after you get paid.. don't fall into the same trap again.

@ AussieDave

Alas this is true. We did have to post about them before, they did remedy it with payment on that earlier non payment a couple of years ago. Alas our player base continued to exist post that payment a couple of years ago, and in fairness/good faith to programs who do end up in non-payment it is useful to offer a path forward with continued traffic if they do come into compliance with payment obligations so we did give them a path forward with us to get it right after that.

Our patience of course does have limits, which is why we have posted again here with a more sternly noted post that repeated non payment must if it repeats be seen as fundamental breaches.

They have not paid us for what they owe us this time around for this current default of payment (March 2020).

A few years ago i was able to help a colleague to get his money because one AM has stolen money from his account. There were only a few employees you could trust. But then they leaved by themself after a while. From this time you couldn't trust EP anymore.

Their main target in this business is to get money at the expense of others. They are so rogue and you can put them on the same level like AffPower, Condor and many others. I can't understand why anyone is still working with these guys.

Anyone of us made here and there bad experiences and of course it's not always easy stop working with companies if you get not paid or through other reasons. We experienced several times.

I hope that you guys will get your money and then shoot them to the moon.

I hope they pay you and the best is to stop working with them to avoid any future problems.
