Emwys affiliates not paying - RESOLVED

We made a deal with Emwys Affiliates for 5K €uros, which was for November 22 promotions. To this date, they have not paid. What is worse is that we are not getting any answers either anymore since the affiliate manager left the company. He was not able to get any confirmation from the payments sector either while he was still in the company.

Has anyone else had similar issue and how have you solved the issue with them?
