Have you seen this thread at Casinomeister where they are refusing to pay a player purely because they didn't like the way he played SLOTS. (i.e. he was trying to win... the bloody cheek of it!)

eCheck offers two withdrawal methods which vary accordingly and can't be discussed on a public forum. One method takes 3-5 days and the other which is a paper check approximately 15 days. For more info please send me a PM.

KK, as to the CasinoMeister complaint, you know very well the situation, as I’ve emailed you and chatted with you several times this month, and informed you about our communication with Bryan. The player has been denied a possibility to file a PAB, however we still contacted Bryan and insisted on him becoming a mediator in order to resolve this dispute. This was over 10 days ago, and we also let the player know about it. The player has been asked to follow standard procedures that any other player would have to follow in order to regulate the situation with his account, and receive a payout. Nevertheless, we have not heard from the player in all these days, until 10 minutes ago. I know that you are staying in communication with the player, so please be advised and advise the player to resolve the situation not via forum fights, but via emails, which have been sent to him and to Bryan on multiple occasions.

Again, the above situation is the first and only one complaint presented against our casino. If this precedent is enough for you to place our casino in rogue section, then you will probably need to blacklist a lot more casinos than just us.

Also, we are working on this issue, however if you want me to show the proof of how little (if none) cooperation we received from the player, I will post it here, or rather share it in private with the moderator of this forum. I can also show to Andy all the emails between me, you, and those sent to Bryan in order to illustrate that we were pushing the situation with the player to come to a resolution, where he would get paid. As I said before, the player is unwilling to follow simple instructions that all other players follow in order to receive their payment. Instead, this particular player prefers to go from one forum to another one.

This thread is not for the player complaint at CasinoMeister. I will certainly get involved, if necessary, but I believe that Natalie has been doing a good job TRYING to get this issue resolived.

Sorry, no I don't know the full situation.
All I know is the main reason you gave at CM for confiscating the players winning was:

I have NEVER had any communication with the player at all by any means.
All I know is what I read at CM, as per the extract quoted above.

Wrong again. I have not put you on my rogue list - you are on my "not recommended" list.

You know Natalie that this is nothing personal against you or SoF; I just wish I could find the words to throughly express my frustration at having to watch Rival white label casinos as a whole attempting mass self-destruction when they SHOULD be the best brand on the net. I could cry, honestly I could. :(

It's just one thing after another from one white label after another, and you only have to spend 10 minutes at CM to read what most people think of the brand now. Just look around THIS forum - ask Aussie Dave why don't you?

This case came up EIGHT weeks ago, you could have apologised and paid the player within days. But now you've just dragged it on and on and got a worse and worse reputation for yourselves. It's insane! :eek:

I apologise for bringing this up here, but I'm sure you know how passionate I am about unfair treatment of players and I can't just let perceived injustices like this go on damaging the reputation of OUR whole industry. We will all suffer in the end. :(

I absolutely know that about you :) I love having you around to keep the player perspective ;) And, trust me when I say.... I am working on a few things that I think you love.

Now - Natalie, KK would like AGD involved. Anyone else? Anything we can do to help here is fine by me.
