Hi guys!

I am considering promoting these guys a big more but I have had some problems with earnings from them. Last few months I get deposits of around 2k euro each months but earnings are negative.

Could anyone give me some feedback on this program?

They have good reviews at Casinomeister and players like them. So, anyone has experience with this program?

Casino is VERY popular with players - but does not make much for affiliates. :(
Their fees are very high and they are very generous to their players with very good bonuses and cash-back.
Unfortunately that doesn't leave much for us...

I get more sign-ups with them than any other NetEnt based casino - but my stats are very scary!
These are my actual last 12 months average figures:
Commission / month: 240 = 3.8% of deposits
Note: 4 of the 12 months earned 0 (casino net loss)

Personally those stats are so bad I can't recommend promoting them harder.

From what I've read here at AGD/other places and with KK kindly adding his stats, that lowly % isn't uncommon.
Call me a cynic but it seems this affiliate program has a sweet gig going on here and ironically it's their affiliates who are getting hammered!
  • Affs are wearing absurd Admin fees, we know that for a fact.
  • The casino gives players extremely generous bonuses and cash-backs.
Affiliates refer players, in-turn Video Slots gets players, branding and links for practically nothing, if not for free. Video Slots is very popular for players, obviously the Casino is making money... BUT their affiliates aren't.

I've talked to Lucas, their affiliate manager and he said that these are standard stats a fees.

Believe me there is NOTHING standard about this program's Admin fees.

I asked Lucas the same question over at CAP when they first opened. When Video Slots were offering 60% Rev Share. He totally refused to answer the question. When I wouldn't stop asking he became defensive. People only become defensive if they feel guilty or having something to hide...nuff said

That pretty much sums up the Video Slots Affiliate Program ;)

Thanks KK for your input. That's exactly the kind of problem I have with them as well.

Hmmm - Im seeing similar trends. I recall KK complaining about a month of 10k plus in deposits and ending up in a negative. I saw the same month with 13k and also ended up negative. Maybe it was a lucky month for someone, but the overall performance has been poor for me too.

I see many of you stating they are giving generous bonuses to their players, but i am asking you have you tried this casino as a player?

I registered there and left some money and i havent received any generous cash backs, maybe $1-$2 total bonuses of $100 played which expired because casino wanted me to make a deposit again.

So stories about cash backs and bonuses which are reducing overall earnings are nothing then shaving from affiliates. Most of these bonuses players loose but VS keep them as fee.

I dont give them so much exposure, players are maybe happy there because of those trophies, but they havent any meaning for me..

loool. the figures are shown now, and my earnings are 4% according to the deposit amount.
I shouldn't give them lower exposure, i have to remove them completely!

Sounds about right - if you see my post #6 above you'll see my figure was about 3.8%.

As I said there (and other places before), they are VERY generous to their players - those cash bonuses come off the casinos profit, and therefore, our commission.
They have been my best earning NetEnt based casino so far this year - simply because I have a LOT more active players there than at similar casinos, because players really love the casino.
So each affiliate has to make the choice: Accept that you need bigger numbers of players to make the same commission as comparable casinos - but with players who are likely to keep coming back for more over and over.
Or don't promote them.
I'm not 100% happy with my commission to deposit ratio there - but it's a lot better than £0!

tnx KK, this brand will be probably closed before i make a big base of players and honestly their commision don't smell good to me.
i don't want to work for 4% + having big chance to end month in negative.. many are complaining about low earnings and negatives (lots of negatives) and i am asking myself how can this company exist, if affiliates are in negative then casino is having very low profit or ends in negative too? This is nothing then big rip off/lying to affiliates..

I see your point, and certainly if you have only a small number of players they might well not be for you.
I don't have VAST amount of depositing players - only about 20 per month - but I have only had 3 negative months out of 10 so far this year.
Whereas with 32Red for example, I have only had 2 POSITIVE months this year and 8 negative

Both are big and probably doing "very well, thank you".
I certainly don't think either are in financial trouble or likely to resort to "ripping-off" affiliates to keep going...
