Don't play on Tropicacasino.com!!!

I just felt the need to inform all forum members that do not play with TropicaCasino.com because they are pure fraud!

I make deposite of 72$ without any welcome bonus and I come to 200$ and requested payment and send everything what they ask from me (documents, bills, etc) it only lasted 20 days and after all that they said me that my account is suspicious and that they will close my account asap and give me back my deposite.

I have evidence for all! My warm recommendation that does not open an account with TropicaCasino because you will lose time and money.

Hi everyone,

Here are the facts pertaining to this matter:

1. The player who had $128 removed is known as Anton K. on our system. (We first thought it was Anton who started this thread).
2. Then, “Anton” posted here saying not to work with Tropica and that I had been “unprofessional and horrible”. I then checked and seeing as I had only ever communicated with the affiliate, I realised then it was the affiliate Vedran V. that was posting here. When I mentioned this, Anton/Vedran replied stating that their name was now Tin.
3. What is most interesting now, is that Tin does not have any deposits or withdrawals at Tropica, but shares the same affiliate.

Here is what happened:

a) The affiliate “Vedran” asked for a CPA Deal and we granted it.
b) He brought in 5 players who all opened accounts, made a single deposit, played table games erratically and never returned.
c) All the players are linked on the backend, including the affiliate himself who made a deposit as well.
d) When Anton cashed out the $200, we picked up all these irregularities and informed him that we would be refunding his deposit of $72 accordingly.
a. As you can imagine, $128 is not something a casino would confiscate without reason (small amount).

Now, what has been proven here, is that all the linking done by our Security system was accurate. Anton mailed in several times saying he does not know Vedran or Tin. However, Tin is now posting on Anton’s matter here. We have the emails where Anton states he has no knowledge of Vedran or Tin.

In a nutshell:

1. This is syndicate CPA fraud.
2. Tin/Anton refers to “our discussion”, however I have only ever written/skyped with Vedran and not these players, so I that is why I thought it was Vedran (the affiliate) posting here.
3. These guys are simply out there trying to defraud casinos on the CPA model

I apologise to the members that your time has been wasted reading all of this. I will gladly share the full information with other casino affiliate managers here, to prevent similar fraudulent attempts been made at your business. Please PM me and I will let you know the details.

What are you talking about ???? Anton??? Vedran??? They also have problems like me, thank you that you post one more evidence here.

Also you put personal informations about your players, very nice and professional from you Duwayne I will try to find Anton and Vedran on lastes casino bonuses forum (where I open my account) and inform them about your post!

I don't see how Duwayne has done anything unprofessional here, he has answered your allegations and nothing more. I don't see where he mentioned a first & last name either but what I do see is he has a valid case so far.... Maybe you should take care of this in private so no other information you do not want divulged comes out?

But you have to admit, if you read all of these player complaints here at the bottom of the LCB's page, Tropica Casino | $/£/€150 Sign Up Bonus - EXCLUSIVE | Online Casino Review , that there does seem to be a lot of shenanigans going on with yet another Rival White Label Casino Program.

Same old sad story, just another day in Rival White Label Land.

You are so right about Tropica DO NOT PLAY THERE!!!!!! If they have to pay you money the blow bubbles and write you BOUNCE CHECKS!!!!! I got one...
Then the lock you out so you can't respond. I will never play there again...

For the benefit of the readers here. We paid eCheck (GlobalATM) to send you a check. Their check to you then bounced (through no fault of ours). You contacted us on 18 Jan 2011 and we promised to look into it. On 20 Jan 2011, we advised you that the problem was resolved and that if you still had the check that you were able to cash it. In that same mail, we also offered you a new check to which we received no reply.

Regrettably, on the next day (21 Jan 2011), we received a chargeback / return and that is why your account was locked while we waited for the chargeback / return to be settled.
